If I was a betting man, then I would lump money on Rangers going unbeaten this season.

For sure. When you have referees like Beaton and Dallas ignoring the double jeopardy principle when Rangers play, by sending off opposition players AND awarding a penalty for accidental fouls in the box, they can't lose. Also Rangers never get penalties awarded against them when the game is in the mix either. 

Not sure if it's conspiracy as some allege, simply that referees who openly support Rangers being awarded the games v Celtic, Hibs and Aberdeen then unsurprisingly being responsible for decisions that help them win. Not sending Rangers players off for violent conduct is the least debatable in recent seasons.  Penalties for vs against stats are there for all to see too.

What a sad fcking day.  The fact it was a must win is in itself a tragedy.   

The lockdown should have presented the opportunity to see Rangers bankrupt again but the board pissed away millions on average players, penny pinched on real quality like John McGinn to save 500k and then went for a cheap manager in Lennon thinking he could beat a Rangers who were in financial diffs again.

Gerrard will probably get them into the UCL group stages and clear their debt in one go. Joke

I don't watch a lot of Utd, but any time I've seen Wan-Bissaka, I've thought he's looked good.  But people here don't seem to rate him.  What's the issue, is it just inconsistency or what?

Not sure anyone who's opinion matters doesn't rate AWB? He might not get many assists like Robertson or Walker but he is the best defensive FB in the premier league at present

If Celtic had signed Forster in the summer things could be been very different. It's the most important position on the field. A poor GK causes panic in the defence. And unless Celtic sign a very good keeper in Jan they will ship lots more goals and points.

Even back then the referees did their best to help you win it and your last AI win without refs cheating the other team was 1983!

It is what it is. Dublin have better players than us. To have a chance we needed everything to go in our favour.

We can't afford to lose a player like Paddy Durcan at half time. We can't afford to have Jason Doherty and Brendan Harrison sitting in the stand for a full championship.

Lee Keegan got a black card in 2016 on a 50:50 decision. Jonny Cooper didn't get one in the 2nd half today. Fitzsimons arguably should have seen red in the 2nd half today yet we didn't even get a free.

Just to reiterate, I'm not being bitter as Dublin have better players than us. Everything had to go our way to win and it didn't.

They don't get sent off because they play for Dublin. It's been like that for a long time

Durcan was a massive loss for Mayo

Once Dublin went four up that was it

It was a very dull sort of victory though, they didn't even play well

Mayo never once genuinely threatened a goal

Loftus had a half chance in the first half but didn't go for it

McLaughlin might have had a chance in the second half when running through but he dropped the ball
