The aforementioned individual would make a great partner with Arlene foster. Power hungry, self serving who look after there friends and ultimately not very good at their job. No doubt the catholic church and SDLP will be in mourning once their darling gets booted out in his hole. Its gonna be great lets make Tyrone great again.

You're clearly a wind up merchant. Go get a life

A very positive and controlled first half. Second half was a disaster.

If the rain in Omagh tonight is anything to go by there isn't a hope of Healy hosting that game tomorrow

Saw Martin Clarke in a McLarnon cup final. It was the best individual performance I ever saw on a GAA pitch. Sad to see him retire so early.

Why not just run with plan B now and be fair to all supporters. Thus waiting till hours before the game is a joke.

In other news the u21s hammered Ballinderry last night.

Semi v Dublin moved back a week to suit Cuala's Con O'Callaghan

Not so sure I am happy with this.......or should fair play prevail?

Ha! If Longford agreed fair play. If they didn't...

Can't see Longford agreeing to that. Why would they?
Dublin will piss through Leinster regardless

i see sean cavanagh has issued a statement via tyrone pro stating  the tyrone team are happy with the funding they recieve from county board. i think most people have seen through hartes attempt to discredit roisin jordan.

Honestly, if Mickey Harte was behind that letter I'd be disgusted with him.
Is there any evidence to suggest he has or is it just empty speculation?

I saw Kildare a couple of weeks ago. Was very impressed by them. They'll be hard to stop.

of course it was harte. if roisin jordan isnt gone by the end of the year then he is gone! disgraceful stuff from harte but not surprising. he will use every trick in the book to hold on to his lucrative position.

How is it a "lucrative position" ?

Sympathy to Cavan and their supporters. This keeps happening at Healy Park and it's really not acceptable.
By the way the facilities at Healy are second to none, its the drainage system that let's the place down every time it rains

Burns is an out and out Yes man. A true Gael yes, a man for radical necessary change? Definitely not

Omagh pitch let's us all down again ...... ::)

Its beyond a joke at this stage. Far too many big games called off in Healy cos of a drop of rain.

RHTOM, what is ur suspicion? do you think a tyrone senior player actually sent this email?

I've nothing to base this on but my gut instinct tells me that no player sent an email. There are factions at county board level and I suspect this could be one of them trying to stir it up and expose things that are normally kept quiet.

GAA Discussion / Re: CPA (Club Players Association)

Loads of club players up in arms today over the Super 8 vote.
I'm sorry but if you couldn't be bothered taking 30 seconds to register with the CPA, shut your beak.
Imagine if their mandate had been backed by 100,000 registered members instead of 20,000.
Would they still have been denied the right to speak?

Yes.

Why didn't the CPA seek to get some of their membership in as county delegates today? That way they could have had their say and sell their ideas. At the moment they are on the outside shouting in which is no use to anyone. They need to be smarter and get in to the inside

Inequality of wealth and the co-relationship to success. Where have we discussed this before? I'm just amused that it took the media so long to get on board when we've been beating this drum, well apart from those that seem to think it's all about natural talent and special players, for the best part of 5 years.

The Tyrone players have a point but also their CB have a point, this isn't a Tyrone problem this is a GAA problem, created by themselves. It nearly killed Kildare GAA trying to keep up, good to see common sense in Tyrone, it will probably cost Tyrone an AI over the next 5 years though.

You're dead right Dinny - the huge British tax payer funded grants to the Ulster council which coincided with the Armagh & Tyrone wins can't have been a coincidence?

Then again Kildare had the most expensive training setup in the country along with the most expensive management team. Plus a centre of excellent. At a time when Dublin were training on a cow field in Inisfails - yet Kildare couldn't win a raffle or hit a barn door with a football from 20 meters. Go figure.

What "grants" did these counties get? Genuinely looking forward to your reply
