Killeavy defeated RamourUnited Cavan 2.13, to 2.8 , in the PaulMcGirr u16 ulster championship quarter final at Dromore, this afternoon.

Thanks, I was looking for an update.

The new Dromore website looks good too.

What in the name of jaysus type of football are ye playing up there??????

I went on to Ladbrokes to check the odds. 11/2 the draw (shortest price I've ever seen). 2/1 No goalscorer (shorterst price I've ever seen by a county mile - in a proper intercounty game it's 2/1 about no goalscorer in a HALF). 1/3 that the game is decided by a goal or less.

Clearly that semi-final draw result I saw wasn't out of character!

The odds are very harsh but he's clearly taking no chances seeing as he's the only man pricing anything other than 60 minutes online. I don't think 6/1 or 13/2 for the draw would have killed him seeing as there hasn't been a draw in a County Final since 2000 and as for the 2/1 no goals there have been 3 of the 15 games in the Senior Championship without a goal.

FYI Boyles and Hills are 13/2 and 7/1 respectively for the draw.

There was draw in 2006 also.

And 2008

Orior, we have already sold our souls, the GAA allowed soccer and Rugby to be played on Croke Park soil, the butchers apron was displayed for all to see.

If some of you who are worried about the NI fleg, (whatever norn Ireland is) then take a stand and dont ever show up at HQ again, never mind, you should have done that the second GSTQ was played at Croke Park.

Fcuk all flags, and that includes the tri color, all they are in our wee piece of the world are divisive and I have more to worry about than McIlroy and a couple of flags.

One last thing, I would not give a shit if some eejits took NI flags to an Armagh game, it would mean that the GAA were making inroads into 50% of the population that don't support our games.

Good post. When it goes beyond a fun filing system it's gone too far.

Always think of this when i hear about pride in the flag :)

People will always make unreasonable associations. The tricolour is the flag of all the Irish people and does not belong to the IRA.

As an Irish man I'd like to to disassociate myself from the tricolour. Any idea how I can stop poeple from associating it with me?

I could see this being a very game of football. So far neither team has opened up and played ball, every game has been niggily and stop start. Can't see it changing or final

Dromore can't have done too bad against Ardboe. From what I hear Dromore weren't allowed to play much against Kilyclogher and EC weren't allowed to play much against Carrickmore. You could be right that it'll be a poor game but I think it'll be a intence game.

Very easy path for them to the final in truth..poor eglish & ardboe teams, and a mid table at best killyclogher side..errigal have a great chance, they will be the 1st so called big gun dromore will play.

Errigal are not really a 'big gun' anymore. Dromores to loose.

;D from anyother poster i'd consider this.

FOOL. This made me chuckle.

Now that you point it out i can't remember if it was a typo or i actually meant it

By how much can you miss the point?

Errigal are good and have done well to make the final through a tough side of the draw. They are well able of winning it but untill they do and untill they put a run together there are no so called big guns in Tyrone. Dromore are The Big Guns.

2-6 to 0-6 for Dromore. Their 5th final in 6 years which is a great record.

And probably as many league finals and titles too.

I'm sorry lads but yous not ask for your money back after that farce? I know Tyrone club football can be bad but 10 scores over an hour! 3-3 at half time?! Are Dromore not favourites to win it outright? Good luck trying that yhite in Ulster.

Apology accepted.

It was practically the same game as Donegal and Dublin last year. The only difference being that Dromore missed their chances, two bad wides at the end. Dromore always looked able to win it but Killyclogher stuck to the plan and applied pressure throughout although never really looked dangerous themselves.

Monaghan, with a new manager, are value.  They would beat many of the teams listed above them there.

No they're not. At 1000/1 i wouldn't back them,  in saying that they will improve.
