What's the story here with Ronan McGuckin and Errigal. How does he walk away and come back if Errigal beat his own club? Why is he not at least at training preparing his team to take part in the Ulster Championship. Looks like Enda McGinley isn't too pleased about it according to the piece in the paper today. If Errigal are beaten how will he regain the respect of the players when he returns for league playoffs? Chris Lawn trained Cookstown the week up to the Moortown match. He sat on the bench throughout the game. He left the field with the full respect of both teams. Legend! As for McGuckin his credibility is finished in Tyrone.
If he did manage the team against his own club and lost by a point the accusations would be flyin too ,
hats off to McGuckin for stickin to his guns pity every clubman hadnt the same heart for his own club.
Cant see errigal gettin past Ballinderry regardless of who walks the line but you never know.
