QuoteRumours that they are touring next year just playing the Back In Black album in its entirety as its 30 years old.

typical schoolboy rumour and obvious crock of shite ::)
Did Metallica not recently do something similar with Master of Puppets? No reason at all to suspect it's "shite".

My ten year old loves Long way to the top and LZ's emigrant song, all as a result of school of rock. If you want to convert kids to rock its a class way to do it.

good stuff, start them early.

Don't know what I'd do if my kids bring home albums by boy bands or pop-groups. Suppose I'd take a leaf out of the PMRC's books and confiscate such evil music and give them something more wholesome like W.A.S.P.

White Anglo Saxon Protestants?

When asked about the band's name, Lawless has avoided giving a straight answer; in an interview he answered "We Ain't Sure, Pal". its hardly white anglo saxon prods as Blackie is half native American.
It won't be the next manager but the one after that Meath will become competitive again - MO'D 2016

well when I saw them live years ago in philly (1989) they shouted out what the bands name meant

'we are sexual perverts' !

Blackie lawless always rubbished the notion that it was anything to do with white anglo saxon prods - though it means feck all even if it did in relation to the band live !

Might go to that gig in Dec.

Saw Brian Johnson on top gear. Great driver and great down to earth guy !

Taken down already, the BBC are always very quick to pull down the youtube stuff, particularly anything to do with top gear

Quote22 May 2010: Wels, Austria (Flugplatz Wels)
25 May 2010: Hannover, Germany (Hannover Messe)
12 Jun 2010: Stuttgart, Germany (Cannstatter Wasen) Festival
19 Jun 2010: Dresden, Germany (Festwiese Ostragehege) Festival
22 Jun: 2010: Berlin, Germany (Olympiastadion)

More Dates to Follow. After the crowds they got this year in Ireland they'd be mad not to come back.

Already have my tickets for Mastodon and KISS next year, Iron Maiden are touring as well next year.

2010 is going to be a good one gig wise!

under the bar

They should do Slane next year and reclaim it for proper rock bands

Maguire01

I'd almost rather they didn't come back for a year or two - i'd hate to miss them, but with Metallica and 2 Pearl Jam gigs already in the pipeline, it could be a bit too much for the wallet to handle! Maybe if they came to Belfast and there were no other travel/accommodation costs it would be ok.
