Every club has its scum element and this board is a fair reflection of this. How some grown up adults can lose the run of themselves so easily is quite worrying. Ignore the likes of LL and you'll be a far happier person. Passing it off as craic or banter doesn't wash with me.

My brother gifted me with my 1st nephew yesterday so thankfully I had little or no interest in the game last night. Holding a bouncing healthy baby boy with no imperfections is a far better feeling than winning any amount of football matches or trophies.

I blame Liverpool for their issues with United 100% and with good reason I might add.

As for the fans, if you are fit to stand there and chant drivel about people dying because they either played for or supported another club, you should never be allowed near a  football match,  hell, you should not be allowed to breed.

Instead of slagging each other on here, why not just get after the knackers who let their clubs down.

Finally, when I watch British teams play in Europe i like to see them do well, why? Because it is the only league i watch and I am not vested enough to hate any particular team.

Van Gaal having had his fingers burned in the Madoff financial scandal can't afford to resign financially. And if he resigns I think his coaching staff don't get any severance (might be wrong). I would it find it hard to believe there wasn't a 'failure to qualify for CL ' in the contract somewhere which might let both parties come to a mutual termination in the summer. Some fanzines reporting Morinhio is a done deal. Not who I want to see as manager but Utd have backed themselves into a corner at this stage.
