That is young. Same age as my mother when she passed away. I wonder if it was cancer as well.

Read she was awaiting specialist treatment in US so assume it was cancer of some sort.

Very sad indeed. Small side bar on this is that I met her and Flatley in the delivery suite in Cork university hospital. Her son and my son were born one after the other. She was out of it but Flatley was a gent and stood chatting about kids and life. You could see he was very proud of Mick F the third!

I dunno why but I liked Archer's books back in another age,I only read 2 or 3 and I think the first I read was a copy of Kane & Abel my mum had - very few got good reviews.

Just yesterday NAG1, he had cancer apparently and unfortunately didn't have it that long, an aggressive one.
