Quote from: GaaGPT on June 15, 2026, 02:28:27 PMDont think Bogue is offering anything that we dont already have - what happened Burns? injured or just took off again?

That was a strange one. Burns came on as the blood sub for McGeary and then 10 minutes later Michael Rafferty came on for Burns. Didn't look like an injury to Burns anyway. He looked a bit surprised to be taken off.

While its easy to say Mayo should have scored a goal late on, it was excellent positioning by young Rafferty that helped ensure they took the point, huge moment

Think burns was forced back to mark Tommy Conroy a bit and thought Rafferty suit him better with his pace and so it proved

Only thing really stopping Mayo getting a goal there was their lack of vision.

Rafferty was in full view of the ball carrier and did a great job to stay relevant against the odds leaving the Mayo man a decision to make, like I said, excellent play and a key moment

Anyone know when tyrone train? Kids are mad to get up and get a few players to sign their jerseys. They only need a few more to complete the collection lol

tiempo

Wouldn't an open day at Páirc Uí hÉilí be deadly for kids this week, too late in the day to sort and no anglo Celt in the mix like the good old days, but definitely something to bring back in some way shape or form

Suppose wans might say the summer camps and club presentation evenings cover this

I'd be very surprised if you were able to get into Garvaghy on training nights?

You could be right. Just heard of ones before do it but may have been during league games and not championship.

Fully agree. Great idea to get kids fully behind the team for future years. In reality summer camps don't have the same exposure as an appreciation night/day would.

Well who do Tyrone want in QF.
Kerry
Dublin/Donegal
Mon/(westmeath)

Let's have Dubs a good challenge big name but not too much too soon.
Or if Donegal lets go easy and Monaghan.

Let Galway drive at Kerry

Lu Mayo

Cork Mon/Donegal

With DC back and another 30min of Dazzler angry, Tyrone improving and growing in confidence should fear no one.
Armagh too scared to go near contact most of today. Surely need to take it to a team like Kerry fast, head on direct and with a real keeper (of which Tyrone has the best if a wee bit flaky but worth it).
Could McCullagh feature somewhere or is he in Aus already contracted? (Need more rangy forwards).O'Donnell great heart good sub but too small. Daly willow not big scorer. Should use McHugh more?

I'd love to be proven wrong but I don't see anyone beating Kerry. Everyone back now and Clifford is pretty much unmarkable in Croke Park

I think Armagh handed it to them today. Seemed scared of contact going forward and yon keeper is like a headless chicken. Look at the determination of Cassidy Teague Devlin Clarke Donnelly McCurry Con and Kennedy and McKernan ( tho l think he needs to give more). The blocks the runs. Despite the mistakes there is no way having got past Mayo these players will stand back and add DC with drive and determination and the skils of McElholm (if he gets braver) they can take anyone. 2021 was a while ago but showed how Clifford needs to be dealt even if he is better now.

But lets hope Tyrone get a easier quarter final to start with.

Scoring Zone

IMO i think now is the best time to get Kerry, bummed up by a home victory, Ohea, White, Paudie clifford and O'connor not fully fit. Game in the melting pot those lads were not coming on.

But give Kerry Mayo, monaghan or Dublin who are either stupid or out on their feet and Kerry will make a show of them and get more minutes into good men.

I think if they are drawn a fresh Tyrone with only 3 games played, tyrone could take them out and ride that to the final.

But DC is a freak, looks in top form and is the ultimate difference between Kerry and everyone else

They can only get us, Galway or Louth.

So we will find out how much damage Arma did to Kerry (fair point Scoring Zone) Teague and Devlin can handle their DC and our DC can run riot against tired Kerry corners. It is Darby O'Gill et al vs the O'Neills and the ref will have a very big say.l pray its not Colbert or Gough (its all about me) no friends of Tyrone.

2ndstringsub

So a trip to the Capital and our lads will have to show their mettle in order to get past the favourites.

Personally I know this Tyrone team have it in them but I wonder do they know that at times.
