No problem people voicing an opinion but at least be informed. Go to a game. Watch it.

I thought, like anyone, that game should have been over but it wasn't. After a nightmare start to the league I personally wasn't expecting anything out of the season. Those players despite the result today, did finish their year a lot better than it started.
I was disappointed leaving today so I can only imagine what the players felt

I was at an underage tournament on at the same time, so I couldn't be in two places at once and had to follow it on Twitter and follow messages from people who were there.

Hence the timing issue.

Doesn't change the fact that it was a shambolic finish.

Conceding 5 pts in a short space of time in the modern game is now completely normal, my only question is did 4 subs in 8/9 minute spell contribute as near a third of the team settling into the already hot game at the same time.

Disappointing result, yeh the wheels came off a bit with all the subs in such a short space of time.
Hearing of a fall out among the management too, can't have helped things I'm sure. No promotion from Div.4 and not even a Tailteann Qtr Final. A poor enough year, should be doing better. 
At least clubs can get everyone back now.

Any club throwing their players straight back in would need a word with themselves.

Outside of fringe panel players I wouldn't be expecting to see too many, well that is if the clubs have any sense.

Maybe because they have literally finished their county season at the weekend and they might need a bit of rest, despite the results the county season is a grueling one mentally and physically for players.

I would imagine they would appreciate a week or two maybe to recharge and refresh themselves.

Yeah, let them unwind for a few weeks, yes if there is a relegation game or top of the table game it may influence a manager or player but there are some intense group games coming up.. Plenty to play for

* AP's Donkeys v Rock Bottom = Moneyglass +5 - Thats how bad TNN are

* Baker Bank v Posh Swamp men = Creggan +5 - Will be feisty after All Saints recent victory and stewart firing now

Having a look at div2. Endas looking a decent bet for champo going off league form. Any other team be there or thereabouts for that?

St. Enda are very competent at this level and with Eastwood back, have a marquee forward for the division too. the other contenders I'm not sure about, Glenavy have flattered to deceive, but have the big Gallagher to come back after his ban from last years championship, Aghoghill and Aldergrove are hit and miss and not sure if they have anything left to pull from the deck, Teresa's look aging but that's been said for a number of years, then the likes of Davitts and Gort na Mona are very inconsistent. the way the groups have been drawing, I would say its 2 of Aldergrove, Teresas or Gort coming out of one, and Endas, with Glenavy or Aghoghill coming from the other, after that, in a semi final, anything can happen

St Endas miles ahead of the pack in D2. Can't see them not winning the championship, don't think anyone else is good enough to beat them in a championship match.
