Draw prob fair result after that bit of a row sludden was not going to let it finish any other way. plus the main man who started the row got off scotfree.

The referee dealt with the main man who started the row. Thought the ref was pretty fair although he got some decisions wrong. The treatment of him by the Clonoe supporters at the end was a disgrace. Trying to stop a ref leaving the pitch and attempted intimidation has to be cut out in Tyrone football.

Great game today between Errigal and Dromore. Plenty of county talent on show with a draw being a fair enough result.

Word on the street is the Carmen Loughmacrory match was a boxing session with spectators involved :o  Any truth?

I do agree not all supporters where giving him grief some where trying to prevent him from getting abuse there are fools everywhere. Mr jordan started the row with him on a yellow should have went as well but considering the two cavanaghs and jordan told sludden what to do for most of the match he was never going to be sent off sure. County players perks  i suppose but as we agree a draw was a fair resilt.

Think we'll have to a agree to disagree here. Jordan played the ball up the field and was pulled down as he tried to run on and he was the one who left the pitch bursted after the game. I don't think Sludden treated the county players any differently. There were times he gave them free's and others he didn't. There constant involvement in the game is going to lead to them winning a number of free's. I think its the club fans who treat the county players differently. They have it in their head that refs are doing them favours. Also the county players are constantly targeted and when they react at all the fans want them sent off. Getting back to the game, it was entertaining and very competitive.

Thw hardest hitting game i have seen in years looked when we went in front near end we could may be just hang on ryan mellon was brilliant for yous we really laboured to get any kind of decent attacks for long periods of the game. Also some crowd at it.

Big Mickey

good results for Omagh today but cant really read too much into it. eglish threw in the towel with about 15 to go and took off most of there main players, probably with championship in mind. Still though, a good start and justy still has to come back in.

On a side issue, possibly the worst refereeing performance today i have ever seen. not in any way biased but just totally useless, no idea how the game should be played, was very pedantic throughout and totally spoiled what would have been a good game of football. im sure any eglish posters will agree with me on this as well as both teams and supporters were fustrated with him

Huge intensity for the 1st round of the league. Both teams were very fit.

aroundincircles

Funny enough thought we where not as fit as we where last year.Hard too get men focused after winning championship last year but maybe today will give them a taste again moy on there day could beat anyone yous have coalisland next they got beat today and will be vulnerable and would not like to loss two in a row this years division 1 will be very hard to get a good run in.

Norf Tyrone

The results today suggest that division 3 is going to be tight, with the  :o result being Dregish travelling to Derrytresk and taking both points, and as a sub plot good to see Dregish fielding at reserve level again this season.

Every game had less than 3 points between each teams, bar Glenelly's impressive eight point margin while hosting Brackaville. Will be interesting to hear the Drumragh, and Fintona posters thoughts on their games?

Why was Errigal/Dromore a great game?
