Get warmed up

Castlederg v Stewartstown - Derg have played some decent stuff this year but I still fancy the harps to put them to the sword.

Fintona v Tattyreagh- Any hope of a shock is gone with Darcy's injury. Fintona by 10 plus.

NE v Rock- Rock to pull off a shock

Pomeroy v Cookstown- Cookstown to shade it

snowy2hunt

Clonoe v Edendork  = Clonoe 3+
Carrickmore v Donaghmore  = Donaghmore by 1 or 2
Trillick v Errigal Ciaran = Errigal  x 3+
Omagh v Loughmacrory  =   Loughmacrory  10+

Cookstown haven't a hope against pomeroy 10 points +

Kildress have no business in it anyways

Surely, McKaigue Marty Grimes will have to get the gig now after coming in and saving them.

Corrected that for you

Young grimes came in as the face for an inside man taking over from the mess that was left beforehand, mc kaigue was the man that saved the Wolfe Tones from junior after spending alot of cash the last couple of seasons.

White Goodman

Clonoe v Edendork - this game doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things but Edendork to just about get over the line
Carrickmore v Donaghmore - Carmen to bully the flower boys
Trillick v Errigal Ciaran - Errigal will be hurting from last year plus trillicks injury list will help them get over the line
Omagh v Loughmacrory - Lough by how ever much they want

derryman134

Youse boys keeping harping on about Tyrone being the best championship in Ireland. Errigeal wouldn't make it out of the group in Derry. Youse would be better off going to tiddlywinks in the evening and pack in the oul football

Mighty first post derryman! Clown.

DROMORERAM123

Clonoe v Edendork - Edendork to progress to the semis.
Carrickmore v Donaghmore - the gardeners to cause an upset.
Trillick v Errigal Ciaran - Tight one to call. Trillick by 1
Omagh v Loughmacrory - The most one sided of the fixtures. Lough got home draw. Might as well have played in Healey park might of gave some chance!

Greetings John. No need for such words. I have time for many Tyrone clubs, the lough the only team to half impress me the year and that's only because they've a Derry man steering the ship. Although newton are flying tbf

There are no groups in the Derry championship

I like Donaghmore this year though think Cmore will pip them.

Think Errigal will take some beating & will be seriously motivated. The AI club hangover hard to get over last year.

Lough doing back to back not impossible, seems like they have greater strength in depth with few men back from serious injury.

Should be some good contests for the neutral.

Quote from: UtilityMan on September 14, 2026, 08:16:20 AMCastlederg through to a semi final, they'll be massive underdogs against the Harps but its a one-off you never know but think they'll just fall short. Stewartstown by 2

Tattyreagh done enough to get through Brocagh who fought well, wouldn't have wanted Fintona next but you have to play them eventually. Fintona by 8

Naomh Eoghan got the job done against Aghyaran, seen them a handful of times this year, they just have a way of seeing things out and getting scores at the right time as they did with their goal. Aghyaran hit monster 2s which kept them in it but ran out of steam in 2nd half. NE eventually got drawn against Rock after a complete mess by the CCC, Rock defence will struggle with the NE forward line. NE by 3

The Plunkets as expected brushed aside Derrylaughlan who have scathy form all year and a 20% fit Kennedy. Burns looked very good second half as they seen it out. Derrylaughlan will be in D2 for the forseeable. Tie of the round, youth v experience. Predicting a draw first day out with Plunkets taking the replay by 3.
Games go to extra time and penalty's now. Was only got first round that we got replays.

O rourke will be fairly happy that he can get Kennedy to surgery now as he's not been right for months I think.
But sure some point him getting the surgery now then playing him in the first league game of the season. Not sure why players can't be let to fully recover. Seems to be just get them injected, fit enough to play the next game then take it from there

That would be what I was referring to when I said he hasn't been right for months.

What use did it do him, Tyrone or derrylaughan playing him through injury in an intermediate league they were never in real danger of going down and weren't gonna win it- same goes for championship.

Should've been having the surgery as soon as the inter county season was done.

Senior championship round 2🏆

Clonoe vs Edendork- clonoe by 2, would this be considered a shock I'm not sure. Clonoe looked very strong even though they played a poor Coalisland side. Tough one to call all the same could definitely go either way.

Carrickmore vs Donaghmore- carmen by 4. Carmen too strong on their day. Biggest factor in this is wether they turn up. Donaghmore looked decent but Carmen simply better side.

Loughmacrory vs Omagh- Lough by whatever they want. Not much to say.

Errigal vs trillick- Errigal by 2. Errigal look strong. Trillick might just not be able to handle them and all this controversy over the last week or so isn't going to help them either.

My picks

Edendork
Carmen
Lough
Errigal

Is draw set in stone now?
