But can something be done about their supporters constantly kicking balls onto the pitch from behind the goals.
Did anyone else think it was a bit much the level of boo-ing the Lough support was giving Dungannon coming in at half time?, I am envious of the numbers and passion that the Lough support bring to their games, but I thought that was a bit  over the top. However I understand its a huge boost if you were wearing black and yellow.

That was almost the nail in the coffin for the clarkes, a poor first half, handbags resulting in a black card and then getting booed down the tunnel.

Yes and they also booed Hurson going down the tunnel as well. Also, the carry on with kicking balls onto the pitch and soccer style chanting from their supporters makes them very hard to like. Other clubs don't behave like that.

Still have a junior club mentality. They will be back there soon enough !

Fintona are for Croker, supporters may book the hotel now while it's cheap. Glenelly are going to D2 on the piggyback.

Owen Roes put up a decent fight without McShane but Cookstown weren't that hot either, missed a lot and showed a lot of naivety. Roes will be hoping for a NE double to piggyback to D1, could well happen.

Rock impressive today against Greencastle, really solid forward line. Greencastle an aging team that played most of their prime in D1, should be fine to stay in D2 for the next 4/5 years.

Kildress beat Clogher as expected pre-Championship. Think Kildress could be in around there again in 2027.

Can't see them being back in junior any time soon to be honest.  Think all their underage is competing in division 1.  I think it's only them and Carmen with all teams competing in top flight

On the topic of "mentality" and fan base decorum..

Ironically I may have to rely on our forums statistician tyronstato ( whose initial claim that other fans don't get on like that) to keep me right here.

2023 - fintona fans make headlines with attack on referee.

2018 - strabane and stewartstown make headlines for a mass brawl

2011 carrickmore and dromore make the tv news with a mass brawl involving the crowd.

2008 - carrickmore and Errigle make the news with a mass brawl involving the crowd.

Have I miss any out in recent years?

What was the one involving Coalisland a few years ago? Maybe 2 or 3 years ago I think?

tyroneStatto

The Fintona incident in 2023 involved just one fan.

The Stewartstown and Strabane brawl was between players only.

Though I do recall a picture in the paper years ago of a Killyclogher player going to confront Coalisland supporters in the crowd after they allegedly hurled vile abuse at him.

That junior championship has been absolutely brutal this year. Entirely predictable game to game

If Fintona and Stewartstown avoid each other the semis will be turkey shoots as well.
