Despite several clubs making written protestations at the manner of fixtures, games will proceed as fixed for Friday/Saturday this weekend.

Well we have a minor playing for Tyrone next week in the semi so our final wont be until the week after
Wouldn't bet on that. Omagh had to play all their games without their 3 county seniors.

Don't see what the problem is with playing games on Saturday. Starred games have been around a long time so that's just how it is.
Better to get it played now, leaves only a few games left, better than dragging it on into November.
Get it played, the ordinary club player comes first, he needs regular games every week.

No problem with playing games on Saturday. Its the fact clubs were only told on Sunday there would be games - its the sheer lack of communication thats astounding. Some of these games are crucial with Promotion and relegation at stake, Moortown Strabane game the perfect example. If Tyrone are to Win on Sunday there won't be a game played until after the AI Final when this game could have been saved for that gap.

This would be my major issue as well
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

Are there 2 SFC matches missing from that fixture list?

Dromore v Errigal inserted at the bottom.

Cheers, just did a recount there too.

Surely the clubs deserve a round of league with their full compliment of players back.  Id imagine there will be some rows about this.

Ah sure we'll just give 8 Junior teams 6 days notice of championship, not like they matter. No mention before the game that it'll be 6 days later if Tyrone lose so there was some kind of preparation. But sure it's only Junior. County board never cease to amaze me!

Redhand Santa

It's a bit of a joke if there's no division 1 and 2 games this weekend. Why make clubs play crucial games towards the end of the season on Saturday when the county players weren't available and the give a free weekend this weekend when they are?
