Its actually hard to articulate what I think he tried to say

I think it is a fair observation that caucasian Americans view Hispanic Americans as not quite as American as them.

Sounds like every other wave of immigration that ever entered the US. What you're saying now was once said about Germans, Italians, Irish, just about everyone.

QuoteWhat can the Hispanic community do to ensure they have their rightful place at the table....a place theyve earned

QuoteWhen we look at Chinese Americans and Indian Americans, within one generation of arriving they seem to be fully accepted and assimilated whereas that doesnt seem to be the case for hispanics

Assimilate is/was the wrong word to use.

With fake IDs provided by the democrats.

By the way - the irish and Italians etc didn't travel to the US for welfare handouts.

The most recent IRS data, from 2015, shows that the agency received 4.4 million income tax returns from workers who don't have Social Security numbers, which includes a large number of undocumented immigrants. That year, they paid $23.6 billion in income taxes.

...

The 36-year-old woman from El Salvador is undocumented, and she told me that she made up the Social Security number on the W-2 form because she doesn't have one. Her employer never asked for identification to verify it, she says. Instead, she has an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), created by the IRS in 1996 so people who aren't allowed to work in the United States could still file taxes on any income they earned. (The IRS does not share ITIN information with immigration authorities.)

...

The IRS can withhold taxes from those hired with fake Social Security numbers, but workers who get paid in cash could simply choose not to report it, unless they voluntarily file a return with an ITIN number.

Still, all undocumented workers fund public schools and local government services by paying sales and property taxes like everyone else. The Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy estimates that they pay about $11.7 billion a year in state and local taxes.

dont think anyone getting cash is declaring it and how would u pay property tax unless u owned the property which is pretty hard when u don't have a reall ssn , u would probably be more inclined to pay rent in cash also which landlord would not declare either a double whammy

"New Boston Post. The hub of conservative thought."

"Conservative thought." Now there's an oxymoron if ever there was.

Unsurprisingly , it got very little to no coverage in the leftist local press, but the Globe did cover another such incident (thats behind a paywall)

The democrat "pro choice" crew are now advocating for killing babies up to the moment of birth.

Is there actually an end to their lunacy?

Speaking of lunacy

The Womens March 2019 is a goldmine of laugh out loud stupidity.

It is basically a mental hospital going for a walk.

Here's one sample of it

These videos are possibly the funniest thing you will watch this year - especially since the left have killed off the art of comedy.

Conservatives only think comedy is dead because they have zero sense of humour. You only had to watch Donnie's face when Obama gave him a verbal hiding at the White House Correspondents' Dinner a few years back.

Meanwhile, while the tangerine twerp keeps slabbering about a non-existent invasion of dangerous people coming from the south, the real threat to Americans doesn't seem to be getting a whole lot of traction in the right wing press, which is a shame because we all know that conservative consumers just lap up that fear-based terror reporting. If only they were aware of the real threat, the threat that appears in a mirror:

QuoteAll of the extremist killings in the US in 2018 had links to right-wing extremism, according to new report

  • A new report shows all the extremist killings in 2018 had links to right-wing extremism.
  • The report's findings are consistent with other fairly recent studies on extremism in the US, which have shown right-wing extremism and violence are on the rise.
  • There were at least 50 extremist-related killings in 2018, according to the report, making it the fourth-deadliest year on record for domestic extremist-related killings since 1970.

Meet Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas - The new faces of American terror. The other day they shot 4 police officers in Houston, Texas. Conservatives covered it all day long while they assumed it was somebody Black who shot the cops. Today, they are silent. Imagine for a moment had the shooters been undocumented immigrants or Muslims or ANYTHING other than white. Imagine the outrage. Imagine the new policies they would demand we all agree to. But now that it's clear that it was a white couple - crickets.

"Build that wall my a$$," the enemy is within, and it's angry white conservatives.

I await the usual outrage of the "all lives matter" and "blue lives matter" crowd with great interest.

Eamonn I hope when you go out at night you don't encounter any MAGA yelling, noose yielding, bleach carrying, homophobic, immune to the cold, Empire watching, rascist Trump supporters like that poor fella out in Chicago

LOL!!! You're such a snowflake.

Trust you to bring up Obama as "funny". The only thing funny about Obama was his birthcert (which hopefully President Trump will reveal as a going away present in 2024!)

Democrat supporters have basically killed Comedy. Steve Carell admitted that they couldn't have made The Office in the current climate. Any small joke remotely un-pc could trigger outrage at any time and call for campaigns to ruin their career.

lest I forget.

That was funny - at Obama's expense ;)
