The photoshopping of the last two lines couldn't be more obvious.

Possibly is a fake. There are no spelling mistakes.
But the sentiment still carries. Why shouldn't any kid be allowed to hold up a store, jaywalk, assault a police officer and resist arrest without fear?

Of course its a fake. :o

And there is a big difference between fear of arrest and have a much higher chance of being stopped/harrassed or killed by police just because you're black.

Oh the irony of patronising the intelligence of the guy in the photo with 'The are no spelling mistakes', while taking an obvious fake at face value.

Look at the R, O & S in ROBS and you will easily find the individual letters copied in the previous text. For example the 'S' in robs and the 'S' in store are identical, but the the 3 instances of 'S' that appear before that are all different from each other, as you would expect.

Thoughts on Obama's policy shift towards Cuba? Going to be an interesting battle with Congress over the embargo.

He is absolutely correct. The policy gas failed for 50+ years.

Fair play to Obama on this issue, this should have been done decades ago!

Another shooting in Missouri, another innocent law abiding citizen killed, more protests against the cops. This is going to keep going.

Which NBA team will make a stand first?

Did he not point his weapon at the cops? It's funny how you know he is innocent

His mother said the was the victim with his girlfriend (she would wouldn't she?) while the cops said it was two men and one pointed a gun at the cops (they would wouldn't they?).

At this stage the stories are incompatible so we don't know who is wrong.

If he had a gun on him and did anything with it, you would have to be sympathetic towards the cops, especially after the shootings in NY. However if the cop completely misread the situation then you have another straw going on a creaking camels back.

Where's Al Sharpton when you need him to plead his innocence?

I believe they have released footage of the man pointing the weapon at the police

Well that knocks that on the head then. Cops are fine in this one.

Unfortunately, the cops in some of the cities have to deal with a level of violence most people couldn't even comprehend.  8 murders so far in Chicago this week

They're always innocent according to some ;)  Still no input from Al Sharpton though which is surprising.

8 people killed in Chicago and you won't ever hear about it. It's not newsworthy. That's weekly as well. It all depends on the races involved to make headlines and stir trouble.

To think of the bigger picture here. Why in the world would an 18 year old have a gun.
And if his mother really questions why he was killed she obviously didn't know what her kid was up to. Parental failure yet again.
Can't blame the cops for unruly kids.
