So Liverpool play Mexican side Monterrey in the WCC semi-final.

They qualified for the 2019 CONCACAF Champions League as 2017 Apertura runners-up.

Liverpool 3/10 to win the competition outright!

First time Liverpool has been odds on to win anything  beyond "domestic violence capital of Europe" in a while! 

United are favorites of 9/2 to win the Thursday night Cup. In fairness the Thursday night Cup is a great competition for mid-table League teams to get confidence playing playing 2nd and 3rd rate Eastern European sides.
