Not much of a performance but collecting wins is what it's all about at the minute. Next couple of weeks vital now. We should win our next two games against Portsmouth (although they're improving a bit so no gimme) and Wolves reserves and then we have Villa away on the 29th. Hopefully we will have gained a little head of steam by then. Next league match after that is Spurs at home on Jan 10 which is shaping up as another big one now. If we could get 3 wins from those 4 games we should be in a much better position come the middle of next month. If we lose a couple of them then we'll really be in a rough spot.

Don't know if this has been posted yet, but it is pure class! Who comes up with these things?!

Wins a win at this stage. We need to to get the confidence back and that only comes with winning.

I agree that 4th is achievable but it's not a certainty by any means.

Any of you heading to the Liverpool end of season bash next week, sounds like it could be a good night.

Menu is confirmed as follows :

Starter - Sour Grapees

Maine Course - Plaice ( probably 6th or 7th )

Pudding - Select from Kuyt, Ngog, Lucas, Voronin or Deggen

Drinks will be available but there is strictly no doubles, trebles or Carling Premier.
There will also be a selection of wines served by a fat spanish bloke with a dodgy beard.
Please note that dress code is strictly "late 80's" to coincide with last title win.
all drinks will be served in plastic glasses as cups are at a premium again this season
Rafa will be doing his party trick of making 200 million quid dissappear and have f**k all to show for it

Point of order, 1990 has never been "late 80's".

That is all

OK fair enough, but there isn't much agueing about the rest of the agenda. Perhaps the pudding menu could have been more extensive !
