Liverpool could learn a thing or two from Chelsea's statement

"Chelsea Football Club today received notification from the Crown Prosecution Service that John Terry has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.

John has made it clear he denies the charge and is determined to do all he can to prove his innocence.

Chelsea FC has always been fully supportive of John in this matter and there is no question that we will continue to be so.

The club finds all forms of discrimination abhorrent and we are proud of the work we undertake campaigning on this important issue.

Chelsea will not be commenting further on the subject while the legal process runs its course"

Somehow I doubt their statement would read like that if it was the FA he was up against rather than her majesty's crown prosecution service.

The Suarez shirts follow on from the last spectacular own goal that was the Michael Sheilds T shirts.

As a fotball club Liverpool have no idea how to distance themselves from attempted murder, violence racism or any other despicable behaviour.

Typical lower class mentality... "He's one of ours and it doesnt matter what he's done"

EC Unique

You would think with the hundreds of thousands of non-white LFC fans around the world it would have been better to take a low key approach.

Typical lower class mentality...

You'll have to explain that one. No crayons allowed.

Did all Liverpool's coloured players wear the Suarez T Shirt?

Careful now.

Agent Orange

Lets just call a spade a spade and end this nonsense with Suarez.

Usual poor performance at Wigan. We never seem to play well there. Midfield was terrible tonight. It was like Liverpool were playing with a defence and Suarez up front and nothing in between. First time it looked like we really missed Lucas' calmness around the middle. Adam, Henderson and Downing all anonymous. Maxi not much better. Kuyt god love him has been a good player for Liverpool but he's been awful this season. Every second touch was a tackle. Adam had a penalty saved but the only time we were on top really was the first 25 minutes. Johnson missed a great chance by being too casual instead of lashing the ball past the keeper.

Another clean sheet. Can't argue against our defence which has been superb but we are really struggling for goals.

Crap performance, although Wigan keeper gets MOTM.

Bensars

45 seconds left, a free kick 22 yards out and 5 Liverpool players around the ball!

So. Do you remember the s***e spouted about Lampard 'stealing the glory' last week with the penalty he scored against City last week.

Did anyone notice Suarez appearing to beg Adam to take the penalty tonight? Did he heap too much pressure on Adam by seeking the glory tonight?

Just asking like.

They can raise their game against the big teams but they just don't seem able beat the lower half of the table teams that they should be getting 6 points against each season.

Wigan played quite well. Good manager there. Encourages his team to play football. Hope they can stay up. I enjoyed the game even for a 0-0
