8/10!!!

Jesus yer a harsh marker lad! That has to rank as one of the greatest movies of all time! One of only. 3 or maybe 4 flicks to win the "big 5" oscars (picture, actor, actress, director, screenplay).

Pretty good, but what do they have to do to get a 9 or even a 10!

Anybody seen Che (Parts 1 & 2)? Seen a few reviews for them and sounded good. Would be interesting as I thought The Motorcycle Diaries was one of my favourite films. Top fifteen/twenty anyway.
seen part 1, was okay, it's supposed to be the better of the two.  I thought motorcycle diaries was better, interesting show, but I wouldn't have it in my top 20.

Dinny Breen

Took in The Crazies over the week-end a bit better than your typical pandemic/horror movies up there with 28 days/weeks later.

7.1/10

An older 9/10:
Gladiator

even older again 9/10's:
Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, The Matrix

This is what I've heard. A boy on the radio last week was saying some of the stuff in it is so ridiculously cringeworthy that it'll probably become some type of cult classic in a few years.

You want a 10 out of 10, order Bloodsport with JCVD.  Its got it all, intercontinental action, romance, great dialogue (O.K USA), emotion (JCVD handing Jackson back his Bandanna and Jackson telling him he will be there for him 'Anytime, anywhere') and the splits.  Oh, and what other actors do you see breaking a brick at the bottom of a pile by using the palm of their hand and hitting the one at the top.

As for Good Will Hunting, I must be a sucker for Matt Damon films as I would rate that up there with the best but then again I would say the same about Rounders and the Legend of Bagger Vance.
