The board has really gone to the dogs...

Quote from: Ryan Chop Francis on September 19, 2025, 12:24:40 PMMatch Preview: Kildress v Clonoe – Tyrone Senior Championship

Kildress and Clonoe meet in what promises to be a hard-fought clash, but much of the spotlight will fall on Ryan Conway. The Kildress stalwart remains central to everything his side does his leadership, ball-winning, and ability to drive attacks often set the tempo. If Conway dominates the middle third, Kildress will fancy their chances; if Clonoe can curb his influence, the balance of the game will swing their way. Conway is the player who steadies the ship, breaks up attacks, and inspires those around him. His leadership and experience often dictate Kildress' rhythm—when Conway is in full flow, the team rises with him. Clonoe will know that limiting his influence could be the key to tipping the balance their way.

Valid points here, bound to be a player on malachy orourkes watch for next years county season

It really has, I got great entertainment out of @liberation but he has disappeared. Maybe it has something to do with his teams performances this year...

The ref could blow the final whistle already in this Cookstown match 10 minutes in. Augher be lucky to keep this under 20.

YO!

Cookstown haven't been that impressive.

They've been poor since around the 15th minute.

Augher might just keep it under the 20 points  ;D

If cookstown are the best coming out of junior the gap between junior and intermediate is a lot bigger than people think

Cookstown not very impressive at all here. The standard of refereeing leaves alot to be desired also. Some of the calls have been shocking.

Shockingly poor Cookstown team (overrated); Referee lost control. Of what I see Strabane are the team to beat already 2 trophies this season.

Cookstown missing some experience? Cookstown a couple of higher quality players which made the difference

Cookstown very lucky they didn't meet Clogher or EC 3rds/reserves tonight or they would be sitting in the Belfast house saying how they could've or should've. Maybe just a wake up call?

Referee was horrendous
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

Eglish look pretty average here Clonoe will beat them comfortably again. How was Cathal McShane on a county team for so long? Rubbish

Augher112

Thought Augher were superb tonight, great knock. Darragh Kavanagh was outstanding, all the practice at Father Hackett Park since he was a cub really showed! We'll be back!
