I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look good either

None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Sick puppy of a man, but I presume nothing actually came off his depravity and the woman work colleague wasn't physically interfered with?

An unblemished police record, yeah, looks like it!!!

Deviancy has always existed but the Internet has really supercharged this. Id say if you were to survey the population at large you'd find fairly terrifying results.

Was going to mention internet. It's opened up some opoortunities for everybody but with that comes the dark side also.

My fear is for the younger generations as time goes on. This has been discussed before but kids in P4 and P5 with phones. Crazy.

I've never understood why governments did not get together and mandate a restricted class of phone for children. One that could have games, music etc on the phone, but not the dark stuff.

THESE ARE ACTUAL COMPLAINTS RECEIVED BY "THOMAS COOK VACATIONS" FROM DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS:

1. "They should not allow topless sunbathing on the beach. It was very distracting for my husband who just wanted to relax."

2. "On my holiday to Goa in India, I was disgusted to find that almost every restaurant served curry. I don't like spicy food."

3. "We went on holiday to Spain and had a problem with the taxi drivers as they were all Spanish."

4. "We booked an excursion to a water park but no-one told us we had to bring our own swimsuits and towels. We assumed it would be included in the price."

5. "The beach was too sandy. We had to clean everything when we returned to our room."

6. "We found the sand was not like the sand in the brochure. Your brochure shows the sand as white but it was more yellow."

7. "It's lazy of the local shopkeepers in Puerto Vallartato close in the afternoons. I often needed to buy things during 'siesta' time -- this should be banned."

8. "No-one told us there would be fish in the water. The children were scared."

9. "Although the brochure said that there was a fully equipped kitchen, there was no egg-slicer in the drawers."

10. "I think it should be explained in the brochure that the local convenience store does not sell proper biscuits like custard creams or ginger nuts."

11. "The roads were uneven and bumpy, so we could not read the local guide book during the bus ride to the resort. Because of this, we were unaware of many things that would have made our holiday more fun."

12. "It took us nine hours to fly home from Jamaica to England. It took the Americans only three hours to get home. This seems unfair."

13. "I compared the size of our one-bedroom suite to our friends' three-bedroom and ours was significantly smaller."

14. "The brochure stated: 'No hairdressers at the resort.' We're trainee hairdressers and we think they knew and made us wait longer for service."

15. "When we were in Spain, there were too many Spanish people there. The receptionist spoke Spanish, the food was Spanish. No one told us that there would be so many foreigners."

16. "We had to line up outside to catch the boat and there was no air-conditioning."

17. "It is your duty as a tour operator to advise us of noisy or unruly guests before we travel.

Would the parents  buy that one , or would they just buy  them the phones that have everything? I think we all know the  answer

Was  watching  TV other morning, one woman text in to ask  for tips to limit her 4 year olds excessive tablet use. Uh, don't buy a fuckin' tablet, you moron!

People looking for  governments to do this and that,  when they should  really  take a look at themselves

Parental controls already exist on devices and through ISPs. The emphasis being the parents are responsible for monitoring and controlling their child's access.

The dark stuff as you put it is either illegal, or legal and not suitable for children. Illegal stuff ultimately lies with the authorities to enforce control but the legal stuff is not so easy. We all could get access to restricted material for our ages growing up, this is just the same thing on but obviously on a bigger scale. Once something is on the Internet, it's easy to get copied and shared over and over. All you can do is implement the controls and educate the kids better but again the burden of that needs to lie with parents.

Burden indeed does lie with the parents when it comes to these things, and some of he decision making by parents baffles me to no end.

I know a woman who has setup a snapchat account for her five year old on his tablet.  My five year old is sitting playing with his action figures pretending he is Batman ffs.

I tend to think of myself as a one man wolfpack...

And this is the problem. The technology and availability of unsuitable content has moved on but it's no different to when I grew up and a parent renting an 18 video for their child.

You can't legislate for a bad decision or stupidity of parents.

Lol. My sister-in-law bought Grand Theft Auto for my son when he was about six or seven.

Have a 4 year old and another due in 2 months. Tablet wise she would only get to use the iPad  in the morning after breakfast for 20mins on weekends in the morning just while we get sorted for the day. (Or for 30 mins when I want peace to watch the football)

Then after that it's just like the wife and I's childhoods, get the old school classics on TV like Telebtubbies, Postman Pat, Fireman Sam etc then Bluey or whatever's on CBeebies.

Hasn't any access to internet or anything outside of the iPad and she's restricted to education gaames and YouTube kids on it. Even then that YouTube kids algorithm has thrown up some things that wouldn't say are suitable so I block those channels.

I'm sure going into primary school I'll get the "but so and so gets to do it" but sure I'll deal with being the bad guy then lol.. Phone wise we're 5 mins away from the school so she'll not get one until she's 11.
