Some could have/should have at key moments (and Barry Cassidy doing Barry Cassidy things both ways), plenty of time for post mortems however acknowledge the team went toe to toe with AI Winners.

we are reaching the stage that "head injuries" need 10 mins off field check (with blood sub), the amount of feigning was ridiculous.

Brutal that as home team Antrim had a small minority of tickets, if we want to encourage the growth of the game then that is a back room deal that shouldn't happen again.

Cassidy was brutal today, as per usual. I agree with you about head injuries and assume you're referring to soupy with the feigning comment. Does it regularly enough. Hate to see it.
Who was your number 4? Very good player.

Mickey Darragh. Been around a long time.

Embarrassing comment seeing as the only players from those clubs who were actually invited to be a part of the panel did commit. So who are you referring to wise belfast gaa man?

NatSoSaff

Barry cassidy didn't put a foot wrong today lads. Where was his mistakes?

SaffronSports

Only watched the first half as had to go watch the camogie feile.

2 point shooting was exceptional. Thought defensively they worked hard and got a good bit of pressure on the shooters. Keeper done well with shots but poor on kickouts.

I'm sure the management will be able to take positives from that and hopefully another solid Tailteann Cup campaign.

2 moments stood out, missing the thrown ball by Armagh just before Keenan's black card and the failure to call the penalty to be retaken when keeper was 3 ft off the line, both had major impacts on the game. (Maybe not the result).

Hard to see throw ball tbf but yeah camera was right place, the umpires let him down on that one with the keeper, black cards all correct, minimal dissent tbf, but we need a kick out strategy against the big physical teams, the one short kick out resulted in a score I think.

Gutsy performances all over the pitch, boys leaving all they have have out there. Long time since we saw Antrim bringing that kind of fight into a championship contest, playing it on the edge. Will be a lot of sore bodies tonight.

We lost nothing in defeat to a terrific side, but for a few dodgy decisions we could have been closer.

Surprisingly good performance it must be said. Whilst Armagh werent at it in the first half, Antrim certainly were. 2nd half was a tanking but far from what I thought was coming, fair dues.

ck

A good first half but game petered out with late Antrim goal putting a bit of a gloss on 2nd half and ended pretty much as expected. Antrim brought great physicality to game which I think caught Armagh by surprise.
Congrats to everyone involved in the Corrigan or no-where stance. Sonner Casement is built the better.

We also had opportunity to have a retaking of a penalty at a crucial time...

A game we we were supposed to be beaten in anyways but at least we showed up unlike the Cavan
