as I posted earlier, I haven't seen the abuse he received and would be interested to see it, if anyone could share some of it. 

all i see is support and i think it is scary how many people seem to think he said nothing wrong.

The reality is that with social media, you'll always have someone who'll argue with you. Doesn't matter if you say the sun is yellow. Someone will argue the opposite. And that's across the board left, right centre. If you're going to be on SM you have to accept that and either ignore or engage and fight your corner. If you can't do that, not sure SM is best place for ya. You'll always end up wound up.
I actually enjoyed his posts. Didn't see the posts that were the cause of this, but I'd say he'll suffer a fair drop in income if he stays off.

To be crystal clear, any and whatever abuse he received, doxxing etc is completely and utterly unacceptable.

I didn't shut down any conversation, or ask for any conversation to be shut down and I'm not aware of anyone that did in this instance,  only Garron, who removed his own social media.

He also tried to suggest migration was linked to standard of living which is a load of horsesh!t, and then claimed that the government doesn't allow people to talk about immigration, even though he was literally doing so on social media to his thousands of followers.

And yet we still have the great and the good coming out in droves to defend him, insisting "he didn't say anything that wasn't true". Its actually very unsettling how right wing/racist lies are becoming so widely defended as perfectly true and normal and acceptable as soon as a mainstream figure like Noone starts peddling them.

Immigration has been happening for over a millennia, it's needed in growing countries

The problem is having the infrastructure and Ireland needs to put that in place.

But I've yet to hear anyone I know been affected by immigration

If the West stopped f**king over the countries these immigrants are coming from then we'd be having less arriving.
