Hard to know exactly but gbh with intent carries up to life. I would have thought this would be at the higher end. 15 plus. It will depend on whether or not there's been a finding of dangerousness.

Scandlous stuff. The "vigilance committee" called the police - like something out of 1984! If that's the punishment for a kiss it's not surprising what happened to women who gave birth to children  out of wedlock.
