Dogs off leads is a major gripe of mine.  My own dog got into it with a dog running loose in a public place last year.  I had him on a lead, and moved him into a corner to allow the other dog to leave, but it persisted.  My dog is a big breed and his nature is not to cower away and low and behold the other dog got hurt. 

I then had to listen to your woman(in a state) walking the other dog lecture me about how my dog is out of control/dangerous etc. 

My only response was what would you have me do, not walk the dog in case you decide you want to allow yours to roam free?

Depending on where you were at the time - had harm come to the ladies dog or your dog, she would have been liable. So she can lecture you all she wants. On the path where I walk, there is  council signage with regards to dogs, if you are unable to control your dog it must be on a short leash

At a local dog park here on St Patrick's day. An off leash Shih Tzu (Killers, I know), refused to recall to his owner and bit a Rotweiller. Rottie was on leash with it's female owner. It had an understandable response to the Shih Tzu, and a fight ensued. The Shih Tzu owner finally got involved to seperate the 2 animals and got bit.

Pulled out his Glock and shot the Rottweiler 4 times. 4 times. Dead as a doornail.

We all roared him on in a sporting context at his zenith - but he became a parody of himself and unfortunately now has all the money available to him to continue in his ways. Was on the downwards slide long before he boxed the pensioner in the pub. I'd say good riddance but he will be around the internet for many a day yet.

I definitely didn't though, wasn't a sport I was into and his behaviour then was trampish that I couldn't even like him as a great Irish sportsman, a bit like some posters views on Rory

Think it been said, u could see what he was personality wise early on, and alot of it. not just for the camera's as many a people would say in his defence. I see many a America posters in newspaper threads try to defend him as only a civil case, where at home I think he's long been found out. The souths equivalent of the PPP need look more at cases they should bring to court, Not just ones they guaranteed to win % wise.
