Katie told

"she is a beautiful person, with a giant head"

Hard not to be swayed towards Serrano there, with all the production, commentary, crowd all in her favour,  but if you were to watch the fight back with no volume,  Katie had more cleaner shots and just about won it in my opinion. Plus the point deduction was crazy.

You'd wonder which is more embarrassing

- Paul fighting a 58 year old.

- Tyson fighting at 58.

- Us watching this rubbish

Probably the last one.

Dont think any of us are getting millions for it!

Heading back to bed, won't have any bother sleeping after that......

To be fair to him his in good shape for a 58 yr old.

I play football in an over 40's Hispanic league and my body definitely doesn't do what my brain wants it do so...and I'm a long way off 58

Serrano had power but Katie the better boxer. Id her 2/3 ahead without the deduction.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

I'd agree, I watched it through IPTV on the phone and had to listen to half of it in French so missed a good bit of the American commentary.
Serrano stronger and fought on the front foot but Katie is twice the boxer, far better defence and punching skills. The woman commentator, must have said head butt 50 times from what I heard, very biased.
Super fight from both. Didn't bother with the 2nd, I'll catch the lowlights now

Absolutely. I was surprised when the result was called, but I didn't score it round by round, and it's so easy to get swayed by the commentators, especially when Serrano's punches were more eye-catching and at times they were just commentating on one fighter. The punches landed stats don't lie and they were heavily in favour of Serrano, but one dominant round (like the first) can skew that too.

The Netflix scorer had it 6-4 to Serrano, whereas all 3 judges had it 6-4 Taylor, so whatever it was, it was a tight fight which could go either way. BBC have reported that ' world champions Claressa Shields, Terence Crawford and Shakur Stevenson all thought Taylor was a narrow winner'.

So we certainly shouldn't be embarrassed by the victory or swayed by all the crying from the Serrano camp in the post fight interviews.

Absolute gold TV moment when Iron Mike was interviewed between rounds during Katie's fight. And not relating to anything he said!

Maddening when people say this tbh.

"If you ignore the agreed, accepted and long-standing scoring system of the sport, then X..."

Another boxing farce, how to get people buying pay per views  to watch these clown shows. Paul, wants to make a name for himself, fight a top 20 fighter in his weight class, see how he gets on.
