Reshuffle maybe end of 2025 season imo, clubs voted this format through so can't see county changing it after a single season although nothing would shock me at this stage when it comes to county board

Yes but what about league?

imtommygunn

Going by what has been explained here they would have to go up?

St Paul's go up to 1 don't they based on league?

Yeah, Ballymena are playing St Pauls and Sarsfields are playing St Teresas.

Whoever wins the second game will get promoted automatically to SFC and div 1 as the other side are both already in div 1 or have won promotion.

Next year, Ballymena will be SFC and Dunloy are back to intermediate and the leagues and championship should be fully aligned

😂😂don't joke as the one thing last winter taught us is to expect the unexpected as long as it keeps as many as possible happy.

If Sarsfields beat St Teresas in Championship semi final ....they will have to play St Teresas in a Promotion playoff !

paddyjohn

I'm making a prediction now that there will be a motion at convention that there will be no changes this year. They'll leave until the end of next year.

Cargin pick of the bunch from the weekend- I dont think the Lavey will be any use to them going by how easily Dunloy picked them apart when they wanted to.

Creggan can count themselves unlucky and the Johnnies put the glenone men to the pin of their collar which might stand to them giving how easy their group was.

IMO St Pauls will win the intermediate based on All Saints performance at the weekend however i missed the first 15 minutes.

All the play for  8)

Incorrect.

Regulations do not allow for Ballymena to be promoted to Senior Championship unless they win Intermediate.

When regulations were written Ballymena could have got promoted as runners up in Intermediate Championship but that is now off the table as they play league winners St Pauls in the semi final.

NorthAntrim

So that leaves the St Pauls game for Ballymena also a league relegation game if they lose? Or does anyone actually know

i think after last week, we can take written regulations with a pinch of salt. ie, if someone cries loud enough they will be changed.
