Another Galbally win and another step closer to relegation for them  ;). Don't know what some ones were talking about on here. Galbally score goals and they're winning games by scoring them goals. Don't think they ever looked close to relegation to be honest

great result for Fintona tonight against Moortowm. A nice preamble to their championship match-up

square_ball

16 point defeat for Coalisland tonight. Don't recall them ever getting a hammering like that before.

Is there any information on venues for the championship games?

Good to see Killyman get their first win of the season tonight. But what on earth has happened Urney? 9 losses from 9 games. They were playing senior football not so long ago.

They finished 3rd bottom in Division 1 in 2017 but lost the Division 1/2 relegation playoff to Aghyaran and it's been downhill ever since for them. The Laffertys and McNulty were some operators and probably near impossible for a small club like that to replace them. You could see them going the same way as Dregish tbh.

Definitely tough times for them. But you'd think by looking at the underage tables they clearly have a little bit coming through. The likes of Dregish, and now a scattering of clubs around the lough shore, were/are not fielding their own teams outright. Urney look like they took the eye off the ball with youth during their stronger years. Strabane beside them would be a big worry going forward it appears. Taking heavy losses at youth football and not fielding in several underage games.

There's a few disgruntled neighbours who just can't stand the fact Galbally are going well. One in particular has made 6 posts on this board and every one of them have been about Galbally and he's changed his club twice. The talk around Tallys tonight was that it's great to see the Tories lose 2 days in a row. Yesterday in the election and today at Pearse park.

So i owe a few pearse men apologies. I Had to go and see this with my own eyes so i Went to spectate Galbally last Friday night or maybe i didnt have to go too far.... but anyway in total shock how they performed. Best team performance iv seen this year now. Our boys played as well as they have been and Galbally seem to just have too much for them. Galbally are playing like a team that have belief and maybe that's all they needed. Championship run pending + normally those in top 5/6 win the championship so certainly wont be far away. Cormac Donnelly away to the states will it effect Galbally?

Next three games for bottom 6:
Edendork (5) - Loughmacrory (A), Eglish (A), Carrickmore (H).
Loughmacrory (5) - Edendork (H), Galbally (H), Eglish (H).
Clonoe (4) - Coalisland (A), Ardboe (A), Trillick (H).
Coalisland (3) - Clonoe (H), Pomeroy (A), Killyclogher (H).
Ardboe (1) - Errigal (A), Clonoe (H), Pomeroy (A).
Eglish (0) - Pomeroy (H), Edendork (H), Loughmacrory (A).

Clonoe will be hoping to get 2/3 pts out of these next three. Ardboe & Eglish may look forward to the three games after those above because they have no chance in this case. I predict Coalisland & Clonoe to finish out of the bottom 4.
