All Saints 12-8 Rossa 0-9

Is that the right score ?
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

I came here to say the same thing  ;D

Interesting win for randalstown over Creggan - be some bragging rights there.

Ballymena flying 4/4 without four county players  mostly starters! Great to see All Saints revival, can see them at top table for quite a while!

Randalstown going great guns too, easily beat a decent Creggan team in a local Derby!

Cargin impressive even if PG1 had one or two missing- Mick McCann rolling back the years. Class is eternal.

And Aghagallon putting a few wins together, those pesky boys know how to time a run!

Both teams missing quite a few I'd suggest not just PG1 but sometimes that doesn't quite suit the narrative 😊

No narrative required, Cargin absolutely the team to beat, and getting through a few rounds of Ulster is your aim, you don't need to disguise it, the referee robbed you against the All Ireland club champions. Teams like Portglenone shouldn't be bothering you!

Yes/No?

It's refreshing to see 7 teams batting it out for the top league positions this year. Of course I'm disappointed in last nights result and performance in particular, but credit to Whitehill. Themselves, Ballymena and St.Galls have made it a lot more interesting this year, along with st brides which was to be expected. It surely can only be good for the County.

We've a big chance on Sunday against Laois. Really looking forward to it. Let's get behind them.

What was the story with county players last night? I saw a few knocking round on some of the reports I read which I was surprised at.

Ballymena I think, and to  lesser degree Randalstown, surprise stories of the league. St Galls look to be dropping off a bit after starting wel which also looks to coincide with less of the older guard playing. Still they have McCabe and Burns to come back too though from county. St Brigids you would have expected at some point to rise up too.

Irrespective of all that I would say Cargin would still be a good bit ahead of anyone. Portglenone look like being in the pack next and jury seems out on Creggan / LD as being quite at that level at the minute.

Shivers and Johnston both played some part. Do them no harm. Didnt kick a ball on saturday and this week at county is probably all about recovery. If you didnt play theyd more than likely be doing runs to top up their fitness anyway. I know what id rather be doing

Not for the first time this season or last season for a matter of fact.  ;)

Good luck to Andy and all involved with our senior footballers on Sunday. See our place in the GAA power rankings is now up to 15th, long long time since we were there! Come on the Saffrons.

Good luck to all the lads on Sunday, hoping they go at least one step further than last year and into a final where anything possible!

Good luck. Can't see why not.  Gave a great account last year, so now a great opportunity to go up another notch.
