Quote from: trailer on December 18, 2023, 09:01:15 AMFlopp and Van Disney not happy. Good to see Keane put Van Disney back in his box. They've finished behind Utd (a club in a complete mess) 3 of the last 6 seasons. Won one league in 30 years.

Another refereeing performance completely against Utd. Oliver sends of Dalot for two yellows in 30secs but doesn't apply the same rule to No goals Nunez in the first half?
The Dalot decision had a big impact on the game  ::) Varane was excellent yesterday.

It did when you consider Nunez didn't get two yellows for kicking the ball away and then sarcastically applauding the yellow card.
All we are asking is for referees to do it fairly.

Does anyone know what Dalot said to the ref? Has the report come out explaining the two yellow cards?

Are players typically carded for sarcastic applause of the referee?

Only Manchester Utd players. Rooney was definitely sent off.

Only United players.

Suit yourself.

United and Tyrone:  "refs are all against" squared.

Milltown Row2

The mouthing that'd done to ref's in soccer is unreal, there wouldn't be 5 players left on the pitch if I was in charge of a game.

If the ref's allow players to talk to them like that then they are making a rod for their own back

Here, all messing aside Refs are definitely against Tyrone.

Blowitupref

Looked like a throw in for Man United that was given to Liverpool so Dalot understandably was frustrated. Him getting booked twice and now suspended for a game is a bit harsh for incorrect decision.

Common sense from the ref after he flashed the first yellow was to have a word in Dalot's ear to calm down than to issue a 2nd yellow.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Can't really blame them to be fair!

Thankfully it didn't impact the game, brutal decision.

Dag Dog

Classic attention seeking from the ref. He realised he wouldn't be a talking point, so had to fix that.

Said it before and I'll say it again, the best ref is the one you don't see or hear and aren't talking about after the game.

Manchester United. What an institution.

Ghost

You come to expect nothing else. West Ham were brutal for large parts and still going to come away with a comfortable win.

Can't see ETH lasting too long once the Ratcliffe deal is completed.

Some amount of garbage playing for Utd there today.

RedHand88

First time they've lost 13 games before Christmas since.... 1930.

Milltown Row2

Was round at the neighbours last night for few Xmas drinks, chat turns to football and most are Liverpool fans, they watch Utd more nowadays than they did when Utd where winning the leagues consistently.

On the match from what I seen..

Utd are toothless and I'm not sure that bunch can actually turn up and put in a performance or even a minor run of positive results

Ten Hag had had enough time. Not good enough.
