Hard to argue with that. Although probably the 2 best players this seasonMaguire and McTominay are the 2 that United tried to sell. Neither are good enough to be starting. Would add Shaw to the keep list if he can stay fit he is a serious player. Casemiro might have something left in the tank if we get legs in beside him.  Other than him and the 3 you've mentioned plus likes of Mainoo and other kids I couldn't care less if the rest left tomorrow . Madness for the money spent.

Mount would have been ok on a small fee and wages as a squad player. But massive money and the number 7 shirt, you'd need him to be your main man, which he isn't going to be. Don't think I'd get rid because he definitely isn't a bad player.
