No need for whatever shade of green that is.

I don't like the darker shade of red that we have been using over the last number of years, I prefer the more vibrant red of the older kits, like the adidas jersey above.

Same with the Down jersey, it's too dark.

Sort of agree Ambrose but at same time i think the recent ones are a homage to the colour scheme back in the say the60s when they were a bit darker

I love the dark red.
Glad to see Nike sticking with it.
Nice shirt overall, even if the early 90s are not exactly worthy of commemoration!

The official Nike kit hasn't been released yet, they are all mock ups.

For obvious reasons I like the 05 kit, which was bright red.

Though there was a really nice deep red adidas kit with the high V neck back in the 90s

Still got that one, though I doubt it would fit me.   ;D

Word appears to be that this is likely a legitimate leak though.

I like the darker shade of red. New jersey is nice. The back of the collar is weird though.

Not wanting to open old wounds here but presumably there's a date when Nike take over from whoever current supplier is? Should the season not be over I can't see the current lot riding off into the sunset without a word?

If there is a Premiership Trophy to be lifted, surely it will be with the present Kit?

James Pearce in the Athletic reported that the club and the 2 companies came to an agreement that it would be in the NB kit that was used this season.

QuoteHowever, following discussions between Billy Hogan — Liverpool's managing director and chief commercial officer — and both suppliers, it has been agreed that the change of kits won't happen mid-season, regardless of whether the remaining fixtures are held after the end of May due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

A senior Nike source told The Athletic: "Legally, it could have been enforced as the contract clearly states the date of June 1. But it was decided that it just wouldn't have been right to storm in and take over. Things have been very cordial.

"It was always the plan that Liverpool would start wearing Nike in pre-season ahead of the 2020-21 season and that remains the case. It's only right that they see out the rest of this season in New Balance. We're very much focused on next season."
