What a legend alright. Have to kick ass against Leicester now :-) :-)

Very interesting.  A Rafa tactical masterclass.
That's just, like your opinion man.

Need to turn it into a European night type of atmosphere and hopefully go full pelt at Leicester.  Huge chance to open up a nice gap.
Liverpool's next fixtures after tomorrow are West Ham and Bournemouth.  City have Arsenal and Chelsea next.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

The atmosphere tomorrow night will be something else now.

As long as they don't slip up. Hopefully Van Djik is healthy and we can go seven points clear.

Did nt see that one coming! Vital that Liverpool win tonight and keep the pressure on City for the Chelsea Arsenal games. Hopefully VVD is fully fit after illness.

City can feel slightly hard done by on the disallowed goal. Fair enough if the  ref told KDB not to take a quick one (and the Newcastle players heard this)  it was probably right to rule it out. However, as far as I am concerned he (the ref) had no reason to restrict a quick free in the first place given where the free kick was from. Booking KDB  harsh but that was evened out by not awarding the second yellow.

City had the problem that Liverpool have had this year in that it is very difficult to break down well marshalled defensive teams who get two lines across the pitch in their own defence and sit deep. Having a decent strong targetman who can hold the ball up is important to give the team some options for a long clearance.

Thanks Rafa! :)

These teams will be doing the same against Liverpool. Starting with Leicester tonight. Vardy has always  done well on the break against them, so it's vital Van Dijk is fit. Long way to go in this race.

Sitting in Belfast airport as 3 hours, with the runway in Liverpool closed. Any fear that the game may be cancelled tonight?
