QuoteSo what you are looking for is a world class striker with no ambition of playing in the Champions league any time soon?  Good luck with that!
Seriously, is that meant to be witty, smart, funny or even sarcastic? Seriuosly, at least try and be creative. Give us something to laugh with you, not at you. Sad.

Look Mom!!  I caught me a stupid one! :D

Oh yeah, the old "fishing" retort....comic genius  ::)

Be very unusual to find a soccer player interested in money...
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity

What a goal by Suarez!
Love him or hate him there is no denying his class.
It would be a shame if he was hounded out of England by the boo boys and the media as he is a joy to watch.

Good goal, but he must be up there with Andy Cole on ratio of chances to goals

the difference being andy cole didnt create too many of those chances for himself

That's a choice tactically or a fact of bad planning on the clubs part player wise. However a chance is a chance is a chance whether he created it for himself or someone else laid it on for him. He is not a top class 'finisher'.

Not much wrong with his finishing this season. He's the top scorer in all competitions with 10 goals. Joint top in the league with 7.

Suarez is a player. His goal just made him smile yesterday (even though I wasn't convinced he'd finish it, till Newcastle were taking tip after it  ;) ), was a serious bit of skill and finish.

But his all round attitude is terrific. He cares for nothing only getting the win. His attitude is ruthless towards the opposition, a typical win at all costs mentality and when he is losing he just works harder and expects those round him to do so. This has an ugly side and he will try everything and anything to win.

But for him to be playing for your club and putting in the shifts he does, well, the rest just pales away. Can be horrible p***k but he is our horrible p***k and I'd not swap him for the world.

I just wish he had the support he deserves.

This is exactly true. Gary Neville was a p***k, but he was exactly what every supporter wants their players to be. That's what I liked Gary Neville at United, and he was a decent player too.

Neville be off the same cloth, hated him when he done the jersey kissing at OT after Rio's late winner but when the dust settled, all you could say was fair play, he is living his dream and not afraid to show it. Neville would rarely let you down and if he did, he felt worse about it than anyone. A player any supporter would want in his team.
