The matches being live streamed?

What clubs at Division 2/Intermediate would you say should be dropping down to Junior?  We don't have a great record at Junior.  Only 5 clubs over 20 years have won it and since Lamh Dhearg were the last Antrim club to win it in 2016 we've only had two clubs reach the final (Cushendun in 2018 and Glenarm in 2022).  Other counties grading definitely has an impact on this too.  IMO in Derry the 5 clubs outside of slaughneill, Coleraine and Na Magha are all of similar standard and on any given day could beat each other.  So realistically you've 5 clubs who could either find themselves reaching a Derry SHC final or winning a Derry JHC and having a shot at an Ulster.

Even Coleraine over the last few years have been able to beat anyone (lynch's and slaughtneil aside) when they have all their footballers playing. However they do seem to have gone a good bit backwards

Does the draw allow for a Glenullan v Clonoe Ulster Final?

As a Derry man, I think the ref has been quite harsh on Dublin a few times, but we will take them all day

If the non-players are then able to access the gym and that then yeah £10 per month is very reasonable. However would always keep a £20/£30 yearly membership for OAPs or people who are just supporting the club but not using any of the facilities rtc

Could anyone with a connection or knowledge of a club in Tyrone say if the club has an S&C Gym as part of their clubrooms and if so do they charge for this function?

Not a Tyrone man, but my own club and basically every other club I've heard from, the use of the club gym is included in the club membership you pay at the start of the year. No additional fee for the gym or anything

All relative as to how much your membership cost is?
I assume the cost would be included as part of your membership package for sure.
My club player membership is £30 but I know clubs that are £150 as it covers gym etc

For my own club, membership for non players is £20 and then for players it's £130. This then includes access to the gym, injury expenses fund and covers the physio for matches etc

Good to hear there has been a Senior development squad set up, there can be no more moaning from clubs (geographical areas) about players not getting opportunities. All getting good exposure around Owenbeg and insight to what it takes to be Inter County player.

Some nonsense talked on here. When Derry don't do well it's now all down to North Derry not contributing. Yet some are quick to call certain players out basically because of where they are from while not mentioning others.All this chat of club culture. Good players are good players. Donegal have a few players from Junior and Intermediate who do well. Same with Armagh. Is their 'culture' different from north Derry clubs. Fellas are obviously in on merit and made to feel part of it irrespective of club or grade.

The nonsense started by someone calling the team South Derry... the best players in the county are on the panel. If you know of intermediate or junior players in Derry who are as good as Jason McGee or Peadar Mogan that aren't on the panel be sure to let Paddy Tally know

The problem is that alot of the best players in North Derry are the wrong side of 30, even some pushing 40. Players like Kevin Johnson, Sean Leo, Forrester, Skinner etc. These players are all key players to their teams. However there is players, with the right coaching and environment who could potentially push on and help the county side. Players like moore from banagher, McMullen + Mooney from Coleraine, Ryan mcnicholl from glenullan. There is loads of good underage footballers coming through in Faughenvale. The players the county are missing are like Liam McGoldrick, Conor Murphy, Gavin O'Neill who would all be the perfect age that they could help the senior panel.

Personally team I would go with.

Couple lads there obviously only coming back to full fitness but long term and with no McKinless I think we need someone who organises middle if that defence along with giving Rogers more freedom.
Niall Loughlin will work his heart out in CHF with Murphy, Jody Mc D, Baker subs that are capable of doing a job. Anton tohill to full forward when needed towards end of any game has potential to change tactics.

I wonder why 3 or 4 different managers with the last 3 being outsiders still haven't found this talent thats hiding in North Derry?

Why has the Derry SFC championship only been won 3 times in 35 years by North Derry clubs 2 of which were by Dungiven.

Is that directly linked to talent availablity?

Coleraine have won two since 2010 and they're a north Derry team

When do these matches start?

So many passengers on that Derry team. Some players really not playing to there potential. Need to get all injuries cleared up and hopefully a few players improve their form. Out of the new players I would still give Bradley more game time, as he has done ok the first two games (other than that mistake earlier)
