Lads, Maguire is an absolute liability, even when fully fit. He gets away with shoves in the back more than any footballer I've ever seen and referees are starting to get wise to it. You could see on Saturday his genuine shock at the ref blowing him up for blatant fouls.

But he scored a goal last night and he cost 80m, so people will overlook the obvious.

Hes not but fashionable to say he is

A lot of people narrow the problems down to a couple of positions and say if Utd had an upgrade in those positions they'd be fine. Personally I think that while obviously there are upgrades in some positions there are enough good players at Utd to be doing significantly better than they are and that comes down to management/coaching.

I asked here before did anyone follow snooker closely enough to know was there truth to the match fixing thing and also trawled the internet a bit but never found an answer.

My memory of it was that the video was pretty damning but their defence if u was that they were in an alien environment in a foreign country and were agreeing to what was being said to give themselves a chance to get out of the room and regroup?

Nothing ever came of it and from a distance Higgins seems very well regarded within snooker?

Edit: Theres a bit on it https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2010/sep/08/john-higgins-banned-cleared-match-fixing

He's heading for 27 seaf when will he be the finished product?

Decent pro seems to be a good lad but now has unrealistic expectations thrust at him on the back of a couple of out of the blue scoring performances

Anyone following Kin and looking to get ahead of the RTE curve this week's episode is now on my IPTV service so presumably wherever yis all get ur content from too..

Corny as f**k and full of holes but sure I'll see it out now  :)

Aye, I have been getting the episode on a Thursday night most weeks.  As for holes, I couldn't get how the wee assassin boy just walked outside a building full of teenagers last week and was abe to immediately know who Michaels daughter was.

It airs on American Streaming service AMC on a Thursday which is why it's available a few days before RTE.

It's no Love/Hate but it's decent drama and an enjoyable enough watch. Looking forward to its conclusion.

Yeah figured it must be something like that.. I only copped it last week on my box. Two more episodes left

Theres an ethernet adapter option for Firestick.. Not used one myself but not heard anything negative about them.

For what it's worth and I've tried most set ups, wired or not and multiple devices over the years I think wireless devices are that good nowadays there is no need to be messing with wires now unless youre device is literally right next to an access point or the router itself

More feral f#ckwit behaviour from the ones in Wicklow gaa, an U15 B Final by all accounts. The gaa needs to finally clamp down on this thuggish behaviour, no excuse plenty of video evidence.

Any links?

Jesus. They'll be a few young lads on both sides never set foot on a football field again

Had to look there to see was it the same clip I seen last night cause in my opinion the young lads were about the best behaved in it?

Mary Lou -no(uses mansplaining retort everytime she is in bother)

Other 2 are good but in reality O'Broin's policies would not withstand current economic challenges. They are telling the electorate what they want to hear without any credible alternatives

On Mary Lou - do you think the other leaders are better. Leo Varadkar and Michael Martin. Seriously now.

Being a good orator doesn't make someone a good politician. Sinn Fein are miles ahead, always have been in my opinion, on how to present their point. Sitting on the opposition benches and talking the talk is relatively easy it's possible we'll soon find out whether they can walk the walk.

I'm not convinced..

I'd sooner the Glazers than the Saudis and that's saying something.

But in the bigger scheme of things its all a bit meh at this stage and people are right in saying that after all the moaning and pontificating things will just carry on...

U really think that the results are that bad that the manager should be sacked
