Not the ideal thread for this but there has been a lot of talk of Epstein and his murky friends in here. I'd say there are a lot of big names twitching today

https://www.rte.ie/news/us/2020/0702/1151002-ghislaine-maxwell/

How long will she last??

If she does last expect her to sing like a bird

That's the thing she appears to be looking at a long stretch I'm sure her co-operation would be handsomely rewatded in terms of a deal

So what was the deal with Pogba? Was he really injured for all that time or was he just looking out?

Nothing to go on but my own opinion but yeah I think he was injured but he definitely expected to be on his way this summer. Utd also weren't that pushed that he would leave, his fee would at least part fund further reorganization at Utd.

Covid has now changed the landscape completely, is there a transfer out there for him? Possibly/probably will sign a new contract

Leicesters problems go way further back than the break, two wins since Christmas..  on the goal difference thing remember Leicester play United on the last day so theoretically anyway there could be a big swing that day.

Not to slag off Wolves decent team, good manager and play nice football but they not shy in the money department in last few years. Sheffield Uniteds would be a much better achievement thus far

Leicester and Chelsea both lost tonight opening the door to Man Utd to grab a champions league spot.

Chelsea lost 3-2 to West Ham in what was probably the best most entertaining game since the restart.
Wouldn't rule out Wolves yet either...

It's any two from four now for champ league places or three if City's ban holds. At a quick glance Leicester have the toughest run in plus their dropoff in form is alarming. As a curiosity they play each other on the final day with Chelsea home to Wolves and Leicester home to United.

PP currently go
Utd 4/9
Chelsea 1/2
Leicester 4/5
Wolves 11/4

So if you fancy Wolves get on now...

Uniteds 2000 team was decent too, over 90 points, 100ish league goals. Their only crime was that they didn't win the treble like the previous year. Every league winning team must have something to recommend them, or else they wouldn't be league champions I suppose  :)

Ah look Liverpool have been magnificent this couple of seasons but it's hard to dispute the rest of top 5/6 have been middling at best this season. It's not a slight on Liverpool at all just the way things work sometimes

Jamie, Ruth Dudley Edwards and Trump are my chosen gobshites. I often wonder how Jamie does it, does he ever sleep?

Jesus wept  ;D ;D

I saw Dustin had a tweet about one of the Kardashians this evening, presumably they will miss the humour in that too.

I'll happily admit I don't understand the world anymore.

Utd have beaten both of them three times this season.... Whatever you want to make of that. Not sure when semis are so an extra fixture might lead to changes depending on Top 4 situation at that time. The final will probably be played the same week City have to play in Champ League against Madrid so they probably prioritize that...

All in all, a lot of ifs and buts

Solskjaer used the same line on the telly as if it was a couple of weeks ago, it's heading for four months since that game. You can't expect to make the amount of changes made and for lads with little or no football to come in and play with any kind of rhythm or fluency....

Anyway got through it and got more minutes into guys that need it.

Finally, football without fans is shit really isn't it!!
