Good man, I must have a gander at that.

I was lucky enough to be in the stadium when he broke the world record at the 2012 Olympics, a memory that will live with me forever...

Very one sided article that, sledging has long been a (distasteful) part of cricket and undoubtedly Australia give plenty but are also able to take it back, the semi-final with India being a prime example.

Judging by others comments on here I'd be very much in the minority in that I really like the Aussie attitude to most sports, they play hard and to win but leave it on the field

I've come to this thread late but has anyone said

They're tasty, tasty they're very very tasty

Could be a good one. Australia batted their 50 overs, 328 for 7. India have just started and are 30 for no loss after 6.3 overs

This is going to go right to the wire I'd say. Looks like a very unproductive morning at work for me...

Fair enough statement..

Fair point Seanie, I guess what I was thinking was that It'd be nice to see the two hosts in the final of their own tournament especially with the keen rivalry between them. If you have seen any of Indias games you'll agree that whoever New Zealand play in the final it'll hardly be a neutral venue in terms of the crowd anyway.

Don't agree Lenny that its been a dull tournament. The World Cup always drags a little in terms of length with it taking quite a while to whittle down from 14 to 8 teams for the quarter finals but the high scoring and all round entertainment quality of the games has been high

This thread is going the way of the United one...

Absolutely cracking semi-final this morning between NZ and South Africa with the Black Caps winning with a ball to spare. The game ebbed and flowed with both teams looking likely to win at different stages. Hopefully Australia win on Thursday morning to give the tournament the final it deserves..

Can't understand Liverpool not accepting the charge. It is as plain as day what he was trying to do.
When will Rooney be charged?

When he does something worthy of a charge I expect...

Good honest interview from Stevie G.
You don't see that too often from players.

Bad tackle from Herrera also though.

How long will Herrera get..

The harsh reality of it all....

Having said that if they were the two worst teams in the league it's still United vs Liverpool, bring it on

You'll always find some people who care, they're entitled to their opinion. The reality is that being a knight of the realm does not confer one iota of extra respectability on a person.

That's a wee bit different to your original view...

For what its worth I agree with you and said so on the forum where it was created as did plenty of others.
