Conor Clarke was the 2010 minor fullback and played midfield for Omagh for most of this year. He's always impressed me whenever I've seen him.

It's good to see Johnny Lafferty into the squad as well. He's been one of the best club players in the county for the last couple of years, and probably the one I'd be most looking forward to seeing. Be interesting to see how he adapts to senior intercounty football.

Poor player, very average now even for his club Omagh.

A lot of people on this board have gripes.......a club that are finished and not even God could guide them. People in glass houses Fairplay11. Mmmmmh sounds like a cunning plan Baldrick!

Alot of carmen people on mouthing here, I have seen the DVD and it shows 3 carrickmore men strikeing Dromore players.

What do use expect thats why Dromore got no suspensions because the players were a credit and never raised there fist. For Dromore not be be able to win the league next year is a joke. Simply have to win the championship again and then finish 1st and claim the league... They are the best team in Tyrone  :)  :)

Top 4 play offs should now be totally done away with they were only another way for the county board to make another few pound. Carrickmore should have won the leauge 5 to 6 weeks ago because they finished top an this crack about playin without county men is a load off bull too. Carrickmore had gormley an donnelly both on county duty this year an still topped the leauge. So that playing without our county men does not stand up. As for what happened on sunday well that was totally wrong both clubs should be heavly punished an i think the county board should not hold back on the bans either. Yes what happen on the feild was really handbags stuff but in the stands was a lot more serious an no matter what both clubs say action an strong action has to be taken cause if this is in any way over looked then tyrone gaa will continue make headline news cause it will happen again an again

Ehhhh how do you work this out. Dromore have 4 county men should them 4 have played in stared games. They would of being sitting at the top of ACL Div 1.

Trail by Media.....stand up Mr Kenny Archer. Are journalists not meant to state facts rather than spout their opinions which are wrong???
If he checks his facts he will see that a member of the Tyrone county board tried to stop the umberella man and got struck!
Its a well known fact within Tyrone that a member of the Dromore and indeed Tyrone team insulted a Carrickmore players wife who is from Dromore, after he had been dismissed. That is what actually started the row...and i tell you there was no one outside of Dromore sorry to see him get a clout!

He didnt get hit to hard for I hear he was in the Boe Inn celebrating winning his second double.... Dont be jealous.. Mans a legend

firstly, dromore deserved their victory. better team all round on the day. the row on the pitch was started by carmen. we had 2 men lined for the incident and the game was finished. this was a result of years of verbal abuse from ricey and co,simple. something that the gaa should be taking a very close look at. now,the row in the stand was a direct result of a dromore supporter attacking our players with an umbrella.  can anyone fom any club honestly say, that if there players were being attacked by rival supporters that nothing wud happen???? dont think so. so wind ur neck in ec,people in glass houses....bunch of gather ups who change their name, colours and identity coz youse cant agree with eachother. coming on here with ur big stick,to beat carmen. its the only way youse will beat them for a while.

Dromore played carmen off the park for the whole game. Couldnt live with them, Dromore are very imprssive and have set the standard for the rest to follow. McCarron , Oneill and Mickey Garry were not playing on sunday and won confortable.

What way do you think it'll go now Nally.

Hard to know. Will all depend on the refs report and more so, the video. The fact that the ref didn't sanction any Dromore players who were throwing punches doesn't seem like a good omen as far as his report is concerned!

One thing is certain, league play-offs are a farce.

There has to be league play offs if clubs have to field there games without county men. How would that be fair if a team with no county men won the league because they have had a full team all year "twat"

This whole league final lark should be irrelevant. No need for top 4 nonsense and play-offs for league titles. Whoever finishes top after 15 games should be league winners.
I agree as well, but only if it is layed on an even keel with all the county players available to their clubs for every game, this is where the problem lies.

Regarding the stag my Dromore source says that it is definitely this week as his brother is going.  Who are the injury worries for Dromore?

McCarron is very doubtful for this weekends game as well as missing last week. Ankle problem, Dromore will want him back im sure thats why I assume they want the game put back

Onto Sunday I think Dromore will win by 4 or more.Ballinderry are a limited side , full back Mc guckin is wide open to be taken apart and a good man marking job on Gilligan will sort him , up close and personal.Derry is such an easy championship to win really as there is only about 3 or 4 teams if in Tyrone would be Division1.
Ballinderry yes got an All ireland but really overall the standard they are playing week in week out is pretty dismal so Dromore to go on and hopefully get an Ulster.

Ballinderry would be safer not turnin up, why dont we just award the Ulster title too Dromore now. No word of Muldoon or Wilkinson, nor your own full back who was ripped to shreds by a 17 year old last Sunday :o

Not many men would have handled that 17 year old last Sunday. Ps as a clonoe man saying this mc carron is probably the best full back in tyrone club football!

people saying here that Dromore is going to beat ballinderry easy would need to catch themselfs on. Ballinderrry are one of the great teams and still are. Going to be a massive game, Dromore themselfs are no longer the virgin boys of Ulster and if they belive they are good enough they can beat ballinderry but maybe by a point or 2. Both sets of teams have quality players and shouls make for a great game.

McCarron had a fantasic championship seen all his games. Fast , comanding , very composed on the ball. I agree the best full back in Tyrone. Him and Ricey run that bacline

Really looking forward to Clonoe v Dromore.Dromore were really good yesterday but i just get a feeling that Clonoe will not be denied this year.As someone else said it's the 2 best teams in the county going head to head and i would be very surprised if there's any more than a point or two in it at the finish but my money is on the Rahillys.

I think theres more to motivate Dromore to win a county title than Clonoe to be fair this year. If Dromore bring there hard working attitude on paper they have the better players.

Dromore for me

Dromore layed the grounds for this performance after a tough battle with Ardboe.

McCusker was unmarkable, why mickey harte is not going running after this man is beyond me.

McCarron put Ronan O'Neill in his pocket. Talk about doing a man marking job, beating young o neill time and time again out to balls. Class.

Ricey +  Mccullagh as its said on a post above, best 2 club footballers this last 6 or 7 years.

There is nothing won yet tho and the real test will lie awaiting in 2 weeks time.

With the way games are being refereed at the minute (dominated by the card hungry assessor) would anyone like to take a shot at guessing the card counts for the two senior semis as both are derby games??? Any word on who has got the 2 games??

Depending on the conditions, if its wet I'll go for 21 covering both games, that number inculdes double yellow.

Well if you were there you would have seen 3 mins afforded to Brian McGuigan who was down pretending to be injured before the last free was scored. 5mins was played and rightly so for all the dragging and foul play that was going on. Better team won and is threw.

Clonoe will have to keep their guard up but as far as i can see it should be to easy for them.

Dromore v Omagh game.
Big joe had an accident this morning but I belive all is well. Should be a good game. I think this one could be won in defence and I would have to fancy Dromores to cope with omaghs forward line.

Senior Championship Weekend !

Lets get the ball rolling.

One big game this weekend. Omagh v Dromore. Lets hear views on the game and the outcome.

Clonoe game will be an easy victory to them in my eyes.
