Heard something similar to this a month back. A guy I know used a Car dealership from Belfast to purchase the car and service it regularly. The car ended up needing a new engine after less than 80k and costing him over £2k. The dealership did nothing for him but reduce the labour rate as he had used them frequently. Was slightly harsh but the car was absolutely useless without being fixed.

I think I might call into the chippy on the way! Having no meat round work today has put me in an awful mood for a burger!

I spent 5 months in USA last year through USIT. It was on a J1 visa which then only lasted 5 months however I think it has changed. I think the J1 can be extended to one year so your first stop is definately USIT. Get your visa advice through them. Dont buy travel with them tho. Send you round the world for a shortcut!

Exployment is not going to be easy tho. Have a few friends out there at the minute who are getting it tight.
