Would I be right in saying that 7/8 clubs left in the senior championship are managed by own club men with Fianna being the exception?

Edendork not fielding is a strange one given they'll want a game before championship. They're also without a manager after Lurcan Martin left this week citing family health issues. Not having had players available all year likely a big issue.
Shows how missing county men plus a few hurlers has left them in bits considering they won every game in league and championship last year at intermediate.
Hard to chooses between teams who'll also make drop given the way fixtures fall.

I see the u21 team beat Leitrim seniors last night with some decent performances. Some handy players in that squad that should be pushing for senior places over the next year or so. Reckon tyrone Football will be on a high again for the next few years with the number of younger players coming through. Exciting times

Well done to both Kildress and Derrytresk yesterday.

Does anyone know now when the div 1 u21 will be played or if it will even be played at all?

Can someone settle an argument from the high stool at the weekend?

Has mickey Garry represented Tyrone at any stage at Senior level?

Morrison left of his own free will. Stated that he had no gripe with any of the players and left his best wishes with the club for the remainder of the year and for 2012.

A Chara,

Bunaíodh Campa Chormaic i 2004 mar chuimhneachán do Chaptaen Fhoireann Peile Thír Eoghain, Cormac Mac an Ailín. Tá sé mar aidhm ag an Champa luachanna Chormaic a chur chun cinn le linn an Champa. Eagraítear ranganna Gaeilge ar maidin i lárionad an Bhaird, an Bhréantar agus ansin caitheann na scoláirí an tráthnóna ag cleachtadh scíleanna peile, iománaíochta agus camógaíochta ar pháirc na hEaglaise, club áitiúil Chormaic.

Campa Chormaic was founded in 2004 as a memorial to the Tyrone Captain Cormac McAnallen. It is the objective of Campa Chormaic to promote the values of Cormac during the Camp. Irish language classes are organised in the Brantry Bard and in the afternoon the pupils practice their football, camogie and Hurling skills in St. Patrick's G.F.C Eglish, Cormac's club.

Seo a leanas sonraí an Champa 2010:
• Cúrsa 1 - Daltaí idir 10 - 12 bl. d'aois. 18 Iúil - 22 Iúil.
• Cúrsa 2 - Daltaí idir 12 -16 bliana d'aois. 25 Iúil – 29 Iúil

Watched the cookstown Eglish game yesterday. Eglish could have put up a massive score but game was over after Cookstown sending off and Eglish cruised from there. Fr Rocks will struggle this year. Mulligan being asked to do too much.

Clonoe and Dromore game better viewing. Dromore looked in deadly shape and very experienced. Peter Ward on the ball more than any of the Dromore backline.lol

championship will be a different story all together.

Galbally were going well in Ulster League but have been hit with injuries and suspensions since that has rulled out a number of key players.
what ever team is to win division 2 will have to win nearly every single match and can't see galbally turning this around for a while.
division 2 will be the tightest division thsi year i think.

I think Eglish would have beaten Omagh if the final had been played. CCC threw out Omaghs appeal last week and they didn't submit a further appeal to the Ulster Council. Omagh's disciplinary record has been consistantly poor over the past few seasons. No point in having A and B teams in underage competitions if discipline lets u down on the field and moreso on the line.
County board need to take a serious look at this competition. It could have been a quality competition this year with a lot of the 2008 minors involved in various teams. The fact that most teams waited from the end of june to the start of december before they played 1/4 final matches is a complete farce and totaly downgraded the competition.

Omagh unsuccessful with their u21 appeal. Eglish awarded u21 title. A terrible end to a competition made worthless this year.
