still looked like Brian grapped onto O`Sullivan arm and fell to the ground to me, though he did come in high, suppose that the neutral point of view though

Not about time we left the lad alone, the one thing annoys me about discussion board is the amount of slagging off, of players, is there any need for it, Seanie Johnston , now Mortimer, Clarke from down was getting it too last year. We forget its a amateur sport where nobody gets paid and try their hardest. All us so-called supporters hiding  behind a computer screen feel free to insult players with no regard. In reality how many of us on here would cut it at inter county level? would we get 3 on the whole board?. I can see O`Sullivan and Cooper becoming the next players in the firing line. discussion boards, twitter and facebook let people know what idiots people are sometimes, we have to look no further than joey barton and Rio Ferdinand

Armagh and Tyrone is nothing compared to Derry, Tyrone rivalry, back in 1995 still stands out has the most nastiest atmosphere i ever felt at a game!

That Kerry team was around now, with current fitness and tactics, they clean most teams round them, fitness back then was only half of what it is now but the games were very rough, with no bollix lying around trying to get men sent of like nowadays. i remember a blonde cornerback from Dublin lifting Barney Rock of the ground when he was lying down injured to hurry up with the game. Seriously i am fed up with men lying down getting men sent off, appeals and counter appeals when players are suspended and getting of on the writing of the offense or improper procedure used to suspend them. the football back then was not pretty but a hell of alot more honest than these days

the NRA has always had a spilt agenda, this right to bear arms always has been alot of crap. it came about when the west was actually the wild west and you did actually need a gun. with the wild west tamed, in theory there was no need for people to have arms, but it dawned pretty quickly there`s money to be made in the old gun racket. the amount of money all these gun manufacturers would lose would run into billions if guns were banned. Europe was always seen as civilized  and not wild, people had no need for a gun and that is the culture here. In America they are stuck in a timewarp and reality checks like this shooting still will not wake them up. A outright ban on all guns is the only way forward but with so many legal guns out there such a task is impossible. The excuse of needing a gun to protect your property doesn't wash any more. there are some nutter's in America though, Canada has the same gun laws i believe but not every tom dick and harry feels the need to own a gun foreby having a collection of them.

BBC haven't got it right since jimmy Smith and Pete mcg done it, you could have listened to that pair all day. Sidebottom is poor, all these one liners that have little relevance during the game. Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh a experienced commenter who knew when to use them, although never hear him talk about bees lol. the one with teddy McCarthy is class though!its got hard to listen on rte too.

Gormley been a great no.6 and Tyrone best defender for many a year but very good no6`s, of recent years may have been involved in an odd skirmish but how many times would you have seen the like of K McGeeney, Stephen O`Brien, Seamus Mon, P Curran, H Downey, etc, been involved in the continuous niggling, choke holds, knees etc, mouthing, its not an odd game hes always been at it,great players don't need it and he be remembered as much for this carry on as he would have for been a great player. As for the playacting its pathetic from both teams, and its like a virus in our everyday game! How would many of the pansies from this day and age fair against the Meath team of the late 80`s who were very tough. let me put it to you like this, you only grap mike lyons by the throat once!

Down were fairly disjointed in the 1st half against Monaghan, too many people read into the 2nd half of that game as to how Down would perform in the final

Alot on here seem to be sore on Peter Harte too, its very difficult to play different positions match after match, and is easy to get lost in a setup where he continues to fill gaps in various positions. give the lad one position and let him play there a year or two in it. I feel he has the making of a great player but the way he been used at present helps no-one!

In all fairness o`Sullivan went down terribly easy, but then again did Brian not do the same thing when a big down midfielder got the line for throwing a ball at him. Easy to highlight O`Sullivan for playacting which i cant stand, but Mcguigan done the same thing ending in Greg mccartan getting sent off.So some of the Tyrone men need take the blinkers off when they have one of there own players sent off in similar situation. As for Ricey and Gormley, how Tyrone have went for years without mickey harte having a serious word with them i never know. Totally undisciplined and i believe the 2 players are a big reason Tyrone are not overly popular in ulster and further afield. You would not have seen a 5yr throw the ball into a player stomach after scoring a goal, complete idiot with very little class. Not sure, but i though i even seen ricey kick the ball into the stand to stop the Kerry player take a free after it rolled out over the line. its like something you seen in a u-12 game.

Mikey am sure P Canavan and F Mcguigan would been 2 worth mentioning that wouldnt had look ed out of place in the green and gold!! hard to call this one, i reckon Kerry are on a bad slide and should have been beaten by westmeath. Tyrone have always caused them problems but the home advantage in the qualifiers has always been a big thing. Tyrone are playing well, Kerry are playing very poor, hard to call really.
