Something seriously wrong at LFC. Beaten by QPR when 2-0 up with less than 15 mins to play and then getting beat by Wigan at home this afternoon when a big performance was needed.

Surely Kenny's time off from top flight management has not done him any good and for Liverpool to leave him in charge after the summer could not help push the club forward.

It was a good pipe dream for both KD and the fans but this experiment has now totally failed

Unfortunately I think you are correct. Would be a shame if it ended this way for him buy seventh or thereabouts isnt good enough, Carling Cup or not.

I think they won't sack him cos of who he is and what he done for the club in the 80s and 90s but worse case scenario would be if he won the FA Cup too and that was enough to persuade the directors to give him another season in charge. Still, I don't think they would beat Everton in a semi as Moyes had them playing their best football of the season so might even back then to win it out.

We're shite to be honest. All huff and puff and plenty of possession but no real cutting edge. Can't wrap up a game, bit of a soft centre, concede too many goals from corners and free kicks, plus lack of tactical awareness.  At least half of Kenny's signings haven't worked out.  It's hard to see the yanks providing him with big funds in the summer - they must be seriously questioning now what return they're going to get on it.   Liverpool are a cup side, which is great for most clubs, but a damning indictment for a club of Liverpool's stature in the game. This has gone on too long.

Dalglish is out of his depth and it would be better for Liverpool if he stood down at the end of the season with a trophy maybe 2 before his reputation is tarnished further.Whether the signings over the last year have been his or Comoli's,they haven't worked. If the owners want to bring Liverpool back to the top table they need to make a serious play for a top manager whether that is Mourinho or someone else.
