Don't think Ulster has any bearing on the Christy Ring. The only way you'll be in Christy Ring is by being relegated from the Liam McCarthy or winning Nicky Rackard and winning the play off.

Also the new Lory Meagher Cup coming into existence for the 8 weakest sides.
