Enda McNulty will cost Armagh another All-Ireland title if he starts.

In fairness, whether or not Enda McNulty starts will have zero impact on Armagh's chances of winning this years All Ireland - they are as far away as my own Mayo from getting their hands on Sam and we're fairly far away

Well thats a relief! :) I hate having my hopes built up only to be dashed. Bring back the Tommy Murphy Cup!

Why is it that so few Cork punters contribute to this discussion board? And what they do is short and sweet. This is a Cork/ Armagh thread but it s completely one-sided. Are they above this type of thing? They do nt attend matches too often either yet they would appear to have the most likely team to follow that have a chance of beating Kerry this year. Are they spoiled with regular easy success in the past and are too cool to socialise with lower life on discussion boards like this? Even Kerrymen make time to contribute regularly on here but Cork ....... They re not much fun.

Enda McNulty will cost Armagh another All-Ireland title if he starts. Remember Darren O'Sullivan's goal against Armagh in 2006 (thank you very much Oisin) and Darra McGarty's point that should have been a goal in 2002 (thank you very much Oisin)

Enda has the unfortunate knack of making massive mistakes at critical moments in the most important games. Enda also has a tendency to give away frees in very scoreable positions. Enda is now a few years older so the likelihood of him making further big mistakes and continuing to consistently foul can only have increased.

Its time for the younger lads to get a chance and for McNulty to follow up on that potential job at Aston Villa.

It was Enda against Kerry OK but you will find that it was his brother Justin at fault against Sligo in 02

Don't worry, Pat Daly hasn't got much right in any of his posts to date so nothing new there

Cork have our own supporters website. In terms of tradition and support Cork is a hurling county. Outside of the the day out to Killarney and an All Ire final they would be v little interst in gaelic football among the general populous. In the city Munster rugby and Cork Cityfc would all have much higher profile. Even in West Cork where gaelic football is the dominant code the support for the senior football side (Kerry games excluded) is tiny.

Macker, I'd appreciate it if you ceased with the false accusations, regarding Cork players spitting in Armagh faces.  Thanks.

corn02

Cusack you can't honestly have watched every player for seventy minutes surely?

bennydorano

I didn't make the game but someone did tell me unequivocally that Masters spat in MOR's face and I've no reason not to believe him.

mackers

Cusack, if somebody else told me that it had happened I wouldn't have believed them but I saw it with my own eyes. MOR was standing in or around the 45 on the town side and Masters walked past him and spat in his face. MOR wiped it off his face without any further reaction.
There are Dromintee men on the board who can ask MOR himself.
Keep your pecker hard and your powder dry and the world will turn.

He isn't.  Didn't happen.

But if there are questions being put to MOR, ask him is he proud of himself after his display Sunday.  Did he really need to dig fellas full force into the back (ala Ciaran Whelan, and the Dublin #3, last weekend in Parnell Park)?  Cowardly acts.

cusack

And AFS, is dropping your knees onto a fella, now all of a sudden 'stamping'?  Or are you refering to a different incident?
