Jaysus he did get away light especially if he reversed back afterwards.

Look-Up!

Yeah and a heap of previous as well. I'd be very annoyed if I was a front line worker reading that, never mind a member of the public. Attempted murder.

Yeah that'd be my thoughts, but think it's very difficult to prove which is why your man in Liverpool wasn't charged with it.

Thought it very strange how this murder trial flew under the radar for so long (and that's before the full extent came out)

Bringing this back up as I watched the documentary that Sky done. It still is a shocking case and the cops handling of it was a disgrace. Had Creswells family connections within the police as it was being swept under the carpet from day one.
Would love to know who posted his bail and why was he even granted bail given his previous convictions.
That Robinson girl should have done time for what she did.

Wasn't it Caldwell  who repeatedly stopped any further  inquiry following the  autopsy findings? Makes me think Cresswell was  well connected . Lots of stalling in this case too. PSNI saying it costs to much time and money to  retrieve files etc, when  In reality, they were  found within minutes.

Caldwell, and a few other officers have since retired. The  thinking behind that seems to be if they were found  to be negligent in doing their jobs , their pensions would be affected, if dismissed. Get out early before the  truth gets out , they keep their pensions.

The whole thing stinks to the high heavens,  even before that  poor girl was murdered

quit yo jibbajabba

That case of the young girl Lynch found dead last year down Monaghan direction doesn't make pretty reading either for the psni
