Typical Gavin Devlin performance. Louth were good in the tackle and dispossessed Armagh with accurate hand to ball tackling. That's probably their ceiling but some scalp.

I still think Armagh are the team to beat, unless that's the start of Kerry timing it right. Probably best for Armagh to get Kerry now.

I don't know which games people are watching, but I haven't seen anything from Armagh this year to suggest they are the team to beat. Couldn't put Louth away on Sunday and paid the price. Not the first time this year they haven't converted scores when they were on. As for decision making it has been poor at times throughout the year.

The winner of Armagh Kerry, Galway and Donegal still favourites.

Always wary of Tyrone until they're out and a favourable draw could easily see them in a final where anything can happen.  If Galway meet Donegal/Kerry/Armagh in a quarter final it leaves 2 of the 4 favourites gone before a semi final and from there it's game on.

Up until the weekend they were unbeaten in the championship and had got the Ulster monkey off their back.  They where extremely impressive against Down in semi final and won a couple of tight games against Tyrone and Monaghan who have improved significantly from the league.

You could pick holes in the credentials of anyone really.

Absolutely

Kerry- got humiliated against a Donegal team that have lost to very average Cork and Down teams

Galway- beat by Roscommon who have since lost to Tyrone and didn't even raise a gallop against a Monaghan team who were relegated

Armagh- needed extra time to beat Tyrone and Monaghan, looked poor enough against a good but not wonderful Louth team, injuries to key men mounting and have to go to Killarney on a tight turn around

Donegal- lost to at home to aDown side who were then whipped by Armagh and to a Cork side who Kerry beat in first gear. 

No one stand out team at the minute, can obviously flip a lot of those arguments on their head and theres decent shouts to be made on any of the above winning it out.

This weekend will tell a lot. One of the favourites will be gone, maybe 2 on the off chance Dublin get the finger out.

Just to add a little something. Mayo and Meath have played two challenges this year. Last one 5/6 weeks ago   Meath won both. Last one quite easily, mayo had first 15 same as Meath.  caveat been Kinsella played and scored a fistful. That is our major problem that he is not around
