Hmmm turns out Keirs open borders are not very open after all!
Funny that.

Even funnier is that fact they've now pushing this as a 'good thing', when for years they were saying immigration was a 'good thing'.

Both of those statements can be true though.

If there is another package of sanctions on the way, more punitive to Russia, it is unlikely these will be seen as this has been handled dreadfully by SKS. It is a backdoor way of bringing in Russian oil, and Russia benefits.

The only good approach here is harder and deeper sanctions to be imposed on Russia.

You send them home and they get back on the 'boat' and come back, no one is sending anyone anywhere and Reform and all the other rightwing parties that may get in will do anything different, but the Neanderthals (probably an insult to Neanderthals) that vote the likes of Farage in are too stupid to see that they will continue to do what they are told by their paymasters..

Go fix the problems at the countries they came from, it would work out a hell of a lot cheaper that housing the illegals and reduce the economic migrants coming in

Things must be extremely rough if moving to the Village in Belfast to be berated by the locals daily is better than the countries they are coming from

Asylum seekers aren't illegal.

Illegals asylum or migrants are not living on the streets, so they are being 'housed' one way or the other..

Get the asylum seekers processed and into society get the illegals processed and sent back

Start looking at helping problems in these countries which are making people seek asylum, it won't be 'fixed' any other way.

Governments need to sort out the infrastructure to deal with the influxes, integrate better into local society, some countries are not prepared, this plays into the far rights hand

If Burnham was to lose to Kenyon it would be a very sad day. Kenyon's entire sthick is that he is the "lad down the pub". We all know that "lad down the pub". Who in their right mind would want somebody like that controlling the thing.

Sportacus

If Reform win then they really are serious contenders for the next general election. If Farage made it to PM then Scottish independence would be a serious goer.

No prizes who Starmer will be cheering for.

If Burnham wins it is only a matter of when not if Starmer gets pushed out.

Polling suggests that Restore gets 7 to 8% which is enough to mess up Reform's numbers and hand the win to Burnham.

Earlier this week a Sudanese immigrant was filmed apparently trying to behead a white man in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Riots broke out. "If I ever have my head cut off by an African, please politicise my murder," wrote @Duxvul, a far-right account. "Please use it to push a far-right agenda. Please start a Reconquista." Reconquista is the name given to the 15th-century Christian expulsion of Muslims and Jews from Spain. Beneath that, Musk posted "Same" alongside two fire emojis. "A vast number of people need to be removed from our country — when I say vast I mean it," Lowe posted and Musk reposted. "Only Restore Britain can save Britain," Musk posted. "It is the only way." In addition to mass deportation of non-whites, Restore Britain would outlaw halal and kosher meat slaughter, restore the death penalty and defund the BBC. Non-existent a year ago, Restore Britain's debut has been rocket-boosted by Musk on X to become a viable political force with nearly 100,000 members. Restore's ideology is straight-up authoritarian. Musk wants it to run Britain, a country in which he has never lived and of which he is galactically ignorant.  I could write three more Swamp Notes just summarising Musk's other incendiary postings in the past few days — alleging California's elections have been rigged, describing the Southern Poverty Law Centre as a "criminal organisation", claiming that European and American whites are the "least racist people in human history", saying George Floyd died of fentanyl, not asphyxiation, and so on. Or I could remind Swampians what he did to USAID during his Doge rampage last year. "The picture of the world's richest man killing the world's poorest children is not a pretty one," Bill Gates told the FT. But I have made my point. I have no idea whether Musk is an engineering genius, or just a savvy and lucky venture capitalist. The scientific world is divided on that question. I do know that he is a monstrous human being.

Sorry for my lack of awareness but what's the difference between the two of them?
