I don't disagree with you. Should have gone to the Bishops houses.
On Allianz..

The information was only published a few months ago in credible reports:
1) Ensuring genocide - March 2025
2) UN report on economy of genocide - July 2025

I suppose interrupting Sunday mass and intimidating aul dolls is easier.
You're referring to one incident in Armagh? Activists will not be afraid to intrude onto the field of league games sure the church is now calling for Allianz to be boycotted. Just need to interrupt aul dolls at a service at the Vatican now for the Pope to call out 'genocide' and his own country for funding it.

Such a load of shite. The charity arm of the Irish Catholic Church has been directly involved with providing aid and support to the Palestinians for the past 20 years. And I mean real support, not posting a poxy message that costs you nothing on Facebook or Twitter.

They have provided funding and legal aid to protect Palestinians from illegal settlement. Their partner Charitas Jerusalem, a Catholic charity organisation, is one of the primary organisers of medical care in the Gaza Strip. In the 2023 they spent 1.9 million euro supporting Palestinians.

I challenge you to name me one other Irish organisation that has done as much for the Palestinian people in the last 20 years as the Irish Catholic Church?

There's a crowd of useless mouthy c***ts out their who'll tell you they're Palestines greatest friend and would do anything for them (with the caveat, so long as it's free).

Jees! TrillickMan are you OK? I'm worried about you, posting tirades and f***ing and blinding between midnight and 1am on threads about Enhanced Rules, Liverpool, Manchester United and boycotts in support of Palestine. Maybe you should consider an anger management course. At least you weren't giving out about Malachy O'Rourke this time.
Though it will hardly calm you down; just to clarify I did agree Mass is not the place for protests and said the Pope needs to call out 'genocide' and his own country the US for funding it 🤷

Israel receives more start up funding from the EU vis a vis Ireland.

Horizon 2020 just one such program.

Israel strategically targeted the tech sector so they could spy on the world, hurting that in some way would be helpful. Jeffrey Epstein owns all your data.

You need to find the point of leverage and hammer it.

The problem of course is the degree of vengeance Israel will pursue through its instrument, the United States. Perhaps explains why irish politicians are happy with gesture politics.

If that's what it takes for the leader of the Catholic Church to use the word 'genocide' as he does speak English and call on his government, the US, to stop funding the mass murder of tens of thousands of civilians. Would be worth bringing the message directly to him as he has been pathetic. The Pope would be a huge voice in calling this out.
I wouldn't be for local protests at Masses at all. Your rage and foul language belies your love of your religion..

Quote from: Snapchap on August 29, 2025, 10:13:36 AMWhy are we talking about Guinness? Nobody is asking to boycott Allianz over what they used to do. They are asking to boycott them over what they are currently doing.

The GAA don't mind where the sponsorship comes from, we've taken it from who'll ever stump up the most cash regardless of their past or their beliefs.

Their interest lies with the grassroots of the game and now the grassroots want a change. Very difficult to get high level sponsors that don't have a bad connection with something..

Getting rid of the current ones at the drop of a hat won't isn't a 'good' fix

All well and good saying out, but have the protestors got someone coming in?
So, f**k it. The sponsors are literally funding genocide, but it would be rude to annoy them. Nothing can be done.

So any of that stuff you've posted can you point towards were I said f**k it?

I've said have the protestors got someone coming in.

I know you're not really concerned as this is just an another go at the GAA over the garrison games that you hold in such high regard.

You really need to try harder

Give over. This isn't a me campaign, it exists within the GAA. There is a bogy sponsor and it is perfectly reasonable to take a look at them.

Your shoulder shrugging is as good as complicity. The GAA can, and should, make a stand here. Just because you don't care doesn't mean the rest of us can't.

Curious are the rugby and soccer supporters also going to boycott going to Aviva. Playing Hungary in the Aviva this Saturday - country that banned Kneecap on top of it all.

Jees! Do these Zionists control everything?!
There are many many people in this country doing all they can by way of highlighting Israeli products, protesting, organising vigils, holding fundraisers to help the Palestinian people... all sorts. And there are others on the sidelines sniping.
We're faced with a huge and evil force in Zionism that controls the US, Britain and the EU as well as banks, techs, insurance, pharma.. everything.
We're a very small nation doing our best..
The only way to start dismantling the system is for people to target corporates one by one.. there are cases in Irish legal system against booking.com and air b & b in Ireland. Drop Allianz campaign - GAA/ Church and if successful then hit Team Ireland and Paralympics. Ireland Basketball needs a rattle too. There's no end to it.
Just like Apartheid SA, it took the people to enforce the law for the whole thing to eventually fall..
Personally I don't know what's happening regarding Aviva but I'd hope it'll be targeted too...

Interesting. But Allianz aren't just insuring Israeli stuff like Aviva. They are investing both policy holder and their funds in war bonds. They are far more complicit  than simply doing business in Israel

The Irish Central bank only stopped trading Israeli war bonds yesterday FFS.

The Israelis are trying to control the narrative and that is ever so slowly slipping away from them so pressurising Allianz, McDonalds, Caterpillar etc etc will all help.

A certain electronics chip and component manufacturer has pulled production from one of their Israeli sites recently as well due to adverse publicity, more need to follow suit.
