Oasis an easy band to criticise but how they delivered their music was normal to alot of people and connected. A lot of songs that bring back good and bad memories for many including myself. Different band members throughout the years but Oasis and their music would be nothing without the 2 brothers. Top band

Oasis would have  been nothing without Noel.

This should probably be  in the WTF /grind my gears thread.... but on  a side issue , what is it with British  people pronouncing it 'Gall-ig-ger'?

Went to see them in Cork mid 90s - 96 maybe.
They were supported by the Prodigy who I wasn't a huge fan of.
But....Prodigy were class and Oasis kind of bored me when they came on stage after them.

Always looked at Oasis in a different light after that.

I do have a 90s playlist on Spotify and there are a good few Oasis songs on there.

My teenage kids actually love them, and my 18yo has been to see Noel a few times.

Prince is not a good choice for this sort of caper.

Musical genius, no doubt. But he wouldn't have 8 songs that the average man on the street knows, let alone would vouch for. Shortening that to 3 isn't going to prove anything or spark any form of conversation.
